I spent 7 hours outside during a deep depression when i finally accepted to go out with my friends, it was the best experience in my life and god did it make me so much happier, we spent a ton of time just walking around, “go outside” is told as an insult alot but please yall go out, even if alone or for a few minutes, it makes such a difference if youre in a bad place mentally
