Ryan, you need to buy your supply’s at an industrial supplier that sells wholesale. As a contractor myself with over 40 EE’s I avoid Home Depot for small supplies like fasteners and drill bits. 1 example We pay less than $4 for those same masonry SDS bits that you probably paid $10 for at HD
I was thinking the same thing. I’m like why is he buying bulk items like that at Home Depot with those prices.
Yeah i cringed when I saw him buy material at home depot. If you’re a professional you should only be going there for a tape measure or replace some basic hand tool youve lost.

Its wonderful seeing a great boss. Although I'm a Manager and treat my staff with respect and make sure to have so much patience as well. I'm only 28 and work in Slots. Not the first time I've commented but You Sir are for certain who I consider a mentor. If only you knew how much you inspire my generation (well the ones that work). The fact you still take Daryl Jr. is wonderful. Giving you your flowers Sir. Hopefully one day I make my way to a fan meet. Whenever your back in Vegas. Let me know.

He said it at the beginning when he met Ryan. He worked in mechanic shops, his whole life. It’s easy for him when you grow up around it.

I feel like Ryan is a few steps away from being a aggregate supply too. Really nice to see how much fun jr has hangin out and working with you guys. You seem like a 1 in a million boss and you can tell the guys just love to learn and be around you. They're all different ages too and they all still look up to you. also they need to style some new cars like the classic body style I bet they would sell like crazy.
modern cars look they way they do due to legislation. modern safety and efficiency regulations etc have forced everything to morph into bulbous crossover type vehicles. and pretty soon you won't even be able to get them with internal combustion engines if the government gets their way.
Daryl Jr needs a few extra axles for that dumper he carries around. Absolutely massive load.

I would take that Van in a split second! We just last year bought a 78 van here in Sweden and we just loooooove it! It needs some tender love and care but it ALWAYS start right up!

I was very critical of Tino a while back when he was always showing up late and "right around the corner." I probably wasn't the only one who had harsh words for Tino. So I noticed you didn't listen to all the garbage and that you kinda took Tino under your wing. I came to a realization that you are a much better man than I. The poor guy most likely has never had a break in his life and never had the support like you gave him. God will continue to bless you and your family. You are a good and honorable man, Ryan. 😇
Absolutely Ryan is amazing but if it starts affecting the business. It’s different. Ryan has had to fire so many people before. I’m sure he will have to fire people again. He does give so many people so many chances though. That’s why he is awesome.

I live in Edmonton Alberta and commute 6-7 hours to work for a 12 day shift away from home, your content has always kept me company, love the content, the professionalism and the fun atmosphere, it’s how we do it here aswell, cheers friend

Fellow Albertan here... just north of Edmonton. That's a long commute and a lot of days away from home. I can imagine where you are working - I have friends whose hubbies work up there too.
This is a great channel. I'm disabled from a spine/cord injury so I spend a lot of time lying down. Ryan's videos keep me company too. I will admit I even go back to videos that are a year or two old from time to time and rewatch them, haha.
They're a great bunch of guys and it's nice to see a boss who encourages his crew both on and away from the job. It's nice to know that he gives a hoot about them and their families and finds work for them whenever he can.

@@alexspencer5971 lol no, on travel day I drive outta town to the camp, then start a 12 day shift of typically 5am-6:30-7pm, when away for work, I try and work as much as possible to make it go quick, 100+ hour weeks are very common

U-Line is a great source for large storage bins for all the PVC fittings. Still waiting or you to program your trucks garage door opener to your house and shed 🤣

I use to work for the big box store as the pro cashier. one thing I hated was people paying their box store credit card in cash.... They walk in with 25K in cash to pay it haha.

Hey Ryan... I saw you put that measuring wheel in your cart. I'll never have to use one of them again my friend. I just bought this measuring device called "Moasure". It's the sweetest tool since flush toilets were invented. I probably won't even need a tape measure very often during a bid at this point. You should try it out. This tool has made my bidding process SOOOOO much easier it's crazy.
Good practice is to tape your pvc glue and primer together so wherever they go they’re together

Ryan, how about making one the guys the yard manager. They would be responsible on keeping the yard organized and sheds stocked. Many days you send the guys home early, this could recover some that cost, keep your yard in top shape and save you time

My favorites at Culver’s. A Reuben with onion rings (don’t forget the special sauce for the onion rings). Two things that I add with this meal are; a side order of coleslaw(that you put on the Reuben), and the concrete mixer, which is a very stiff ice cream.
I know you didn’t eat at Culver’s but you said Reuben, which got me thinking on my favorite sandwich from there.😊

I haven’t had good luck with any chalk boxes besides the Milwaukee aluminum ones. They last us years. They are reliable and sturdy! As a dewalt guy I have to say Milwaukee has it figured out.
He has to use dewalt now since he’s got a deal with them. He most likely signed a contract that he can’t show other brands in his videos
