Aaj maine aapke video ki help se ye recipe banayi .... yakeen maaniye...itni badhiya bani...ki mujhe khud yakin nahi ho raha ki...itni acchi maine banayi....parivaar mein sabko pasand aayi...thanks 👍
Lots and lots of love to you. As a Bengali, a dish that pulls me back to my childhood has to be luchi and sada alur torkari. As you know we usually cook luchis with maida, and it's almost a sensation to see them puff up. When it comes to sada alur torkari, it's often nothing but alu chopped into fairly small cubes and cooked with a tempering of kalo jeere and green chillies. The smell of the tempering used to bore heavy all over the house and stayed till late evening. It has to be one of the dishes that can never go wrong. Other than that, I loved to eat hinger kochuri, which are puris with asafoetida and dal fillings. My favourite had to be the ones we used to get from the roadside shacks of the main beach in Digha. Those shops are long gone now and the taste of puris have drastically changed. But, if I ever go back to Digha, my soul still tries to look for that smell.
Sir aapki videos dekhe k baad automatically ek smile aa jati hai, infact pura videos main smile hi karte hue dekhti hu, ur style is really unique n great....love to watch ur videos.... itna natural rehte ho aap and itna easily batate ho...waah bhi waah....
The background music while plating Chana poori was absolutely pure ....it took back in childhood memory of having full plate salad n stuffed paratha ....ghar ki chath par Delhi ki sardi ki dhoop m :)
Ranveer sir is hands down! Literally the best chef. I really enjoy the way he tells stories, gives knowledge about some stuff. And the best is that these things stay in our heads cause he explain everything with such an ease and i personally enjoy his videos very much❤.
Chef, will surely try this out. By the way, the way you say "beautiful", it feels yummy and the desire to make the dish arises. Thanks for inspiring us.
Love this recipe. I remember my mom making the simplest form of rasam. Just boil tomato in tamarind water. Add a little hing. Season with mustard seeds cumin and red chili. With some rice and sautéed beans it was amazing.
You are a Chef who connects with the people . Not even the Late great Antony Bourdain or Gordon Ramsay have that trait. Right from a teenager to a person in his fifties can connect with you. You simply are the best sir.
Hey Ranveer! Thank you so much for such a great recipe and sharing your childhood memories with all of us. Can relate to it personally. You are the Ruskin Bond of cooking.
