- So on 1s April broke my clavicle bone it was a painful experience but it taught m many things.
this video explains the problem people face after collar bone fracture.
video contains my personal experience about the injury and some solutions for the people troubling out to find answers to their questions.

I had a major clavicle fracture in a bike accident on 5 dec 2023, I immediately referred to hospital doctor gave me sling bag and figure of eight loop and told that it will fine in 6 weeks, I was on total rest, after 4 weeks I again did an X-ray and there were not even 1 % improvement next day I referred to more senior doctor and he told me there’s no other option than surgery me and my family decided to go for surgery further I have been admitted to hospital for a week and got my surgery done on 8 January, inserted a plate, 6 screws and got 18 stitches today is my 16th after my surgery, I will be removing my stitches on 27 Jan

Mera 3 din pahle fracture hua hai middle pe group 1 wala motorcycle se girke. Filhaal sling bag aur brace lgake leta hua huun. Aur jis jageh pe fracture hua hai woh jagah numb hua pada hai feel nhi kr paa rha huun. Kya ye normal hai initial me ya bilkul normal nhi hai please reply krna.

It is been 2 months now and my fracture is almost healed.
I also removed my shoulder braces but the only issue now is that my right side shoulder blades alignment is kind of little different and not the same as it used to be.

@@Az...51 brother i have fractured my clavicle two times. First time i have fractured my clavicle in 2013 then it took 3 months to heal dr. gave me figure of 8 bandage for one month after few more weeks i got my strength as normal i can do all the activities gym too but this time i have fractured my clavicle from the same place 10 weeks ago but in x-ray there is no improvement i can see the gap clearly and even this time my fracture is non-displaced too. Dr says because this is also fractured previously so it is taking longer time than usual. I have no pain in this fracture but i don't feel any strength in this hand. I have appointment of dr after 10 days lets hope for good if there were no improvement i will go with surgery. Hope this long story will help you😂. And one important advice choose your doc carefully 👍

yes i can lift, more than 150kgs there's no problem to lift
