Combining these two delicious foods to create a really crunchy delicious meal. Ricotta and Spinach are a renowned classic and work really well together in this vegetarian dish by Piero.

- 50g Parmesan
- 40g Breadcrumb
- 250g Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Glass of wine for the cook :)
- Egg
- Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt and Pepper
