Girl I love spinach I have always loved it! I remember way back in grammar school we had real lunches with vegetables and meat not junk food like the kids eat now. Well when we had spinach I ate mine plus all the kids around me because they didn’t eat spinach but I did lol I hit the jackpot on those days. I think I was the only child that cleaned their plate, good ole days there! Just encase you are wondering I’m 64 yes a long time ago! You can do little pearl onions in a sauce like this too! Could you use pimento instead of the red pepper ? I like red pepper but pimento is good in cream sauce like chicken ala king. Do you remember Chicken Ala King ? It came in a can and you would serve it on toast like chip beef. Have any recipes for Chicken Ala King ?
