    👉 • SUGARCANE SHRIMP CAKES...
    Ingredients
    850 grams of shrimp, 1 can of sugarcane ( will have some left over, keep in freezer for next use)
    🔺Shrimp peel, remove the black thread, wash with ice water, then pat dry
    Place in a plastic bag and spread flat, put in the freezer. A few hours later, when the Shrimp is frozen solid, bring it out to grind
    Divide into 2 parts to grind, marinate straight into the blender 1 mcf garlic powder (don't use fresh garlic or fresh onions), 1/2 tsp salt, a little white pepper
    then puree, (see vedio for instructions)
    🔺wash sugarcane and cut into small stick, please watch video showing how to pack shrimp into sugarcane
    🔺Steamed Shrimps
    Shrimp cooks very quickly, boil the steamer, steam shrimp cakes for about 5-7 minutes, please do not overcook
    🔺then fry or grilled
    Sugarcane shrimp cakes served with all different kind of vegetables or rolls with rice paper
    after steaming, you can pack it and put it in the freezer, when you eat it, you just need to fry or grilled it, so it's very convenient
