1 minute to make 18 Cakes
Ingredients
1 pack of rice flour = 454 g, 100 grams of tapioca starch, 4 and a half cups of cold water, 3 cups of boiling water
Mix well, leave for a few hours or refrigerate overnight, the next day drain the water and replace it with boiling water
make the cake (please see the sharing video)
Leftover cake, put in the refrigerator and steamed again, the cake is still good
