    Ingredients
    1 pack of tapioca flour (454 grams), 1 cup of rice flour (128 grams = 237ML), 4 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, 3 3/4. cup of sugar, 2 3/4 cup boiled pandan juice, 2 cans coconut water, 200 grams mung beans, 400 grams purple sweet potato (peeled)
    How to cook mung beans:
    Cook the bean like rice, cook with 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, turn down the heat, cover and cook.

    After peeling, wash the yam , cut it into small pieces and steam it
    How to make powder:
    Bowl of pandan leaf juice (2 3/4 cup) mixed with rice flour, glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, 2 cans of coconut water, 1/2 mc of salt, then bring it back to smooth by using strainer, divide into 2 bowls
    - Mix 1 bowl of mix with mung beans, put through strainer bring back to puree more mung beans
    - Mix 1 bowl with purple sweet potato, puree and also get more puree after
    How to steam the cake:
    Apply a little sesame oil to the tray, spread it all over the tray, take 1/12 cup of sweet potato powder, pour it into the tray, shake well and put in the steamer (the cake cooks very quickly, about 7-10 minutes)
    Take out the cake and put 2 cups of mung bean paste on top, steam for another 7-10 minutes
    How to cut the cake:
    Use a plastic knife to cut around the cake, divide the cake and cut the cake in 2, use a plastic knife to scoop the cake up and put it on the silicone, roll it up close to the cake and roll it with silicone sheet (see video for instructions)
    Cut off the sides of the rolls to make it beautiful before cutting each individual circle
    If you don't have a silicone sheet, you can use plastic wrap to roll the cake (see video for instructions).
    After steaming, the cake can be cut the next day if you don't have time
    After steaming, you can leave it outside for 2 days before putting it in the fridge (because it has coconut water).
    After putting it in the refrigerator, when eating, put it in the microwave to warm it up for 20 seconds, the cake is still delicious as new

      I got the steamer and made this recipe. It was wonderful. Now I was wondering if you have any other recipes to make with my steamer. I love this steamer.
