Man most of the tools from my dad are from the 60s to 80s, but goddamn it they still work every damn time. Grinder/sander doesn't really have any safety measures, but it works even after sitting unused for 7 years

Part of why ramen noodles work for CA glue is because there is Sodium Bicarb in them, which gives them the chewy, snappy texture they have. Sodium Bicarb is an activator for CA glue.
Then again any other substance would have held together because superglue holds together anything that offers enough surface area.

A little tip: It's better to crunch the noodles before gluing them (noodle dust). Makes for a better structure and actually connects to whatever you want to fix.
