Mister Chaudhary phrase of the day: is so fun to eat with a knife and a folk. Congratulations mister Chaudhary you are becoming a sophisticated customer.
I love it when Gul Sher speaks about the "power" of the ingredients as he extends his right arm out and down and rests his right hand upside down and backwards on the table, strikes the pose, finishes his statement, and then bobs his head. I have seen this posture and this move in ruler-characters in Indian movies and with Indian dancers and the body position itself in temple statues. Gul Sher looked like an ancient king of Hindustan in that moment. No American would ever make that move. Very cool.
Thank goodness for modern technology. What would I do without my daily fix of this channel with these sweet amazing gentlemen. Always lifts my mood and makes me feel like I need less in life to be happy. Thank you for sharing.
This is my absolute favorite breakfast, with some hash browns and extra hollandaise sauce on top of them. I usually like the yolk slightly more cooked also but I put up with runny. Props to the chef though that looked like a perfect eggs benny.
Your chef has done an amazing job!! The Benedict’s look perfect. As an American, I agree with all of the comments from these guys. I don’t like to eat raw egg either, but a lot of Americans like eggs this way, with the whites cooked and the yolk runny. Yes, the sauce tastes weird. Not bad, just weird. And some people add hot sauce like Tabasco, because maybe it tastes better that way. This dish is a special breakfast, mostly only eaten in restaurants or for special occasions. It’s nice to have chopped parsley on top to make it taste fresh. You are a wonderful channel and I really love what you do!! My heart is with you! I hope Mr. Gul Sher has found a home for his family now.
We eat this typically for brunch but may be eaten anytime. Not all Westerners eat it however. The egg yolk isn't raw it's been cooked through boiling with vinegar as the gentleman said. Heated to safe consumption. You can use any meat preference even a plant based option. I have had with Canadian bacon or ham. I've never really eat this a handful of times. I like runny eggs with butter toast or scrambled eggs. God bless you all 🙏❤ I love your channel for we each learn from one another ❤

In the West you don't eat a drippy egg yolk if you are a baby, super-ill, pregnant or super old; although you can if you don't mind the risk (very low). I love a cooked egg with a runny yolk! It takes a person with good skills to get it right, as 30 seconds can make all the difference. It's like cooking an omelette, so easy to tell you but it takes a skilled person to properly make them.

I remember the first time I ate eggs benedict for the first time. Of course in the US it is Canadian bacon. Hollandaise sauce when done correctly is delicious, and very rich.
I adore eggs benedict, it's probably my favorite "special occasion" breakfast. Though the hollandaise sauce is liable to break if you're not careful, and poaching eggs can be such a pain (at least I find them to be, haha). Always great to see these folk's reactions!
You can always boil the egg for a little bit longer so it's not as runny and I would suggest adding a little bit of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the top of the egg to give it a little bit of spice
@@flamingpieherman9822 sure, that's fine. This will not be eggs benedict anymore, however.. It will be an egg sandwich. Good in its own way, but a different dish altogether.
They were so diplomatic about it. Raw egg yolk def isn't for everyone. They were so sweet to try and name off as much positive things as they could about it. Please let them know we will.never be offended if they don't like a dish and prefer honesty!!. Love these guys!!
Runny egg yolk is the best part of the egg. Sopped up with some buttered toast or fluffy buttermilk biscuits and you're really eating good. You could put a couple of eggs over your biscuits with sausage gravy and let the thick runny yolks coat it all.
I would add make sure they're from pasture raised hens so the yolk is persimmon orange and creamy. Wilcox farms pasture raised is the best where I live, though happyegg heritage in the blue carton is similar.

I absolutely look forward to whatever new episode is put out. Keep up the amazing content. On a sidenote has anyone else noticed that it sounds like someone is snoring in the background in some of the clips lol
Eggs Benny is my favourite breakfast!! So yummy! Sending love to all! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🤗😘
I noticed most of them are using their left hand for the knife. I’m assuming most of them are right handed if not at least one. Maybe if someone sees this they can suggest to cut with their dominant hand, and fork in other. It will be much easier :)
Gul the king digs right in and leaves nary a spot on his pristine clothes . These gentlemen are truly the salt of the earth .
Nor on his mustache!☺
and I can't eat a simple taco without wearing some of it.
@@sandydali699 me, either!!! i generally clip a paper towel to my clothes as a bib!🤣🤣
He is such a classy lad indeed. A commanding presence.
Very cool.
I was surprised by how they reacted to the egg yolk. I like my egg benny any time of the year.
Thank goodness for modern technology. What would I do without my daily fix of this channel with these sweet amazing gentlemen. Always lifts my mood and makes me feel like I need less in life to be happy. Thank you for sharing.
Hah i love runny eggs, but they're not for everyone! To each their own
This is my absolute favorite breakfast, with some hash browns and extra hollandaise sauce on top of them.
I hope Mr. Gul Sher has found a home for his family now.
love. this egg style 😋 and they are priceless in there response.
God bless you all 🙏❤ I love your channel for we each learn from one another ❤
i feel because they cant have ham or bacon, they didnt get a good version,,, turkey rashers of beef wasnt ideal
@@MacStoker what would be best for a halal version then?
@@necrogenesis1981 probably smoked chicken sliced thin and grilled.... but some people think eating eggs with the mother is worse than pork ..
If you can't have bacon. I guess the turkey rashers are next best thing?
I'd be happy with just eggs and sauce
@@MacStoker Muslims don't have problem with mixing eggs and chicken. Either way I don't really care if it's not made traditionally as long as it's close enough, which it looks like it was. The only thing I'd say is wrong is the beef wasn't smoked, pastrami would've been a better choice. They need to go to their local deli.
“Butter is a powerful thing” YES!!!
Show them ‘pasta grannies’ - elder Italian ladies making pasta by hand, they will love it❤
I love the Pasta Grannies too!
Been watching these wonderful gentlemen for hours now and what a joy they are, they really made my day ❤❤❤
Thank you 😊
Yummy goodness!! Every time I would go to New Orleans I would eat Eggs 🍳 Benedict, Bananas 🍌 Foster and baked apple 🍎 with brown sugar, raisins and heavy cream. As I have learned from these men is that eggs with runny yolks they think is raw. I hope someone shows them about poached eggs
I love it when they show them eating the entire dish. Wonderful
I love watching these guys! Amazing people.
The first time I had Eggs Benedict was in Albuquerque, New Mexico and it was a Southwest with Queso sauce and it was delicious! I hope their first experience is as positive as mine was.
Now THAT sounds delicious!
@@craigmoen1430 - It was! I thought I died and went to Heaven, almost! lol
Yum...yum...yum...I do love making eggs benedict at the weekend for myself and my fiencee. It's the kind of breakfast you want to take your time eating as it's so delicious.
Did they ever try stuffed red bell peppers with hamburger , rice and sauce. It's my favorite dish with the right tomato sauce and seasoning.
Poached eggs are my favorite because uf the runny and flavorful yolk. Please show the villagers a video of poached eggs being made.
A great channel. I'd like to see what they make of a pickled egg, pickled onion and a little salt.
My favorite breakfast dish when eating out. Poached egg can be tricky. I've had them overdone many times. The combination is still very tasty either way. Happy they got to try.🤗❤️🤍💙
Eggs Benedict is synonymous with Brunch, here, in United States.👍🏻👍🏻
I love how they refer to all meat as "Loaf" and they way they eat, they really take their time and enjoy it.
I had some earlier today for breakfast, they reacted they way i did. Yum... 👍
One of the best dishes of the west. Love the reaction of third world countries. So pure delight. Thanks.
Love these guys, thoroughly enjoyable. Please provide water and napkins.
You all are awesome!!! Love watching ya
I remember the first time I ate eggs benedict for the first time. Of course in the US it is Canadian bacon. Hollandaise sauce when done correctly is delicious, and very rich.
Love Eggs Benedict and these guys! Typical EB is served with some time of bacon or ham--what was the beef that was used in its place?
You guys are all so unique..love watching your reaction to food
I can't wait for Chaudhary to make eggs benedict on his new cooking channel!
I adore eggs benedict, it's probably my favorite "special occasion" breakfast. Though the hollandaise sauce is liable to break if you're not careful, and poaching eggs can be such a pain (at least I find them to be, haha).
Always great to see these folk's reactions!
There are some cheat methods, including a pan with non-stick surface cups with holes in the bottom facing water and you basically steam them.
You can always boil the egg for a little bit longer so it's not as runny and I would suggest adding a little bit of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the top of the egg to give it a little bit of spice
No, cooking eggs more will ruin the dish😊
@@nsbioy I don't like runny eggs
@@flamingpieherman9822 sure, that's fine. This will not be eggs benedict anymore, however.. It will be an egg sandwich. Good in its own way, but a different dish altogether.
I’m with you about runny egg yolk, Rana. I need to have my egg scrambled 😂
They had breakfast from McDonald’s but a few said the scrambled eggs weren’t cooked enough. I really don’t know what they’re looking for?
They were so diplomatic about it. Raw egg yolk def isn't for everyone. They were so sweet to try and name off as much positive things as they could about it. Please let them know we will.never be offended if they don't like a dish and prefer honesty!!. Love these guys!!
Fun video. I believe Eggs Benedict was created in a New York restaurant. Wow, that looks yummy.
Actually, it was created in a Mexican restaurant just north of San Diego.
@@Kunsoo1024 Interesting, thanks. I read somewhere it originated in Delmonico's in Manhattan. Either way, it's a lovely dish.
@@TheKellie03 I just checked Wicki and it says there are conflicting stories including yours. Not mine though, so my source is a dufus.
@@Kunsoo1024 Lol 😅 Thanks for the update, Eric. "Dufus," lol.
Delicious. I didn't know the egg was poached for this! Love you all!
Since they like red pepper i sincerely wish they would try some southern Cajun cooking.
I’m happy to hear egg yolk has health benefits. I won’t feel so bad next time I’m eating Hollandaise by itself by the spoonfuls.
Eggs Benedict, my mother's favorite breakfast. You should have them try French Toast with real Vermont/Maine Maple Syrup!
Crazy, because I'm American and NEVER even tried eggs Benedict... My one complaint, is the poor guys should have descriptions for them. I love how they dissect ingredients BUT best to explain the minor details.
I haven't watched this, but I also haven't had this dish so ... ...... I love it!! I also just lost my job and I don't love that, but I love these people and will find temporary respite where I may.
Hmm. One of my favorite dishes... I've never had it with "beef loaf" before though haha. What in tarnation is "beef loaf"?
I'll have to try Eggs Benedict with roast beef sometime. That sounds really good!
Eggs Benedict were one of my favourite breakfast as a child. It really made me smile to see you guys enjoys it also.
