Yes because Modern Hindi is mix of many languages including some words from persia, afghanistan, central asia. I am also from india. Studying in Kyrgyzstan and i was surprised to know there are lot’s of similar words in Hindi and Kyrgyz
@@Dr_AK33 yes but a lot of those words are similar from Sanskrit. They called milk "shira", "shakar" for sugar in their language, in sanskrit it is called as ksheera and sharkara. In modern hindi though, it is called "doodh" and "chini". Afghanistan had been a part of a contiguous Indian civilisation in ancient times.
Sharat Sasidharan yeah that’s true and the vice versa is also true. There are many words in hindi which have roots from central asia and persia. Like tez(fast), dukan(shop)...etc
Анджеш Кумар yes you will find more similar words especially in Uzbekistan as turkic words were brought to India by Babur dynasty (base of urdu/hindustani language is mostly uzbek words as they used to write poems in uzbek).

I noticed some Sanskrit words, when they were reacting.
Thank you so much 🇦🇫💚💚💚❤❤❤
Yeah cause Sanskrit and old Persian (Avestan) are pretty similar. They have a lot of cognates but the cognates do not always mean the same thing. And afghans speak Pashto which is basically a Farsi dialect.
@@suhridguha2560 isnt pashto entirely different from dari and farsi?

I didn’t know Afghans can’t take spicy food.

Their dishes like Afghani pulao has no chilly yet it's extremely delicious and you will go crazy for Afghani dishes...
Afghanistan’s ppl eat foods with more dry fruits so they aren’t used to chilli
yeah no. their food is pretty bland
It can depends on where they are from.
Dear Afghans, you are such beautiful, warm, lovely people. My good wishes to you from India. May Afghanistan heal and prosper. Much love from an Indian brother.

@@wmw.afghanistan How come Hyderabadi biryani is related to Uttar Pradesh, Hyderabad being the capital of Telangana?
Moreover Nizams ruled Telangana not Mughals.
As far as I know biryani and Hyderabadi biryani are different from each other in the style of preparation and ingredients too. But you mentioned in the video that Hyderabadi biryani is Mughalai cuisine and was from Uttar Pradesh. I am confused.
Please explain.
Does anyone else feel that the dude with flowing black beard looks like Naseeruddin Shah from “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen”?

It's surprising how much I could understand as an Indian. Captions are stupid. They don't do justice. Why else would they caption chutney as pickle. Achaar is pickle..!
Chutney is a legit word in English dictionary.
Shaakar to shakar etc, so many similar words.
When the guy in the red hat took a bite and smiled my heart melted. I love watching others enjoy food. A lot of people with nod their heads when they like food but seeing someone smile is so sweet.

Good 👌🤘
Yes because Modern Hindi is mix of many languages including some words from persia, afghanistan, central asia.
You can’t win Afghans unless you don’t know how to cook. They are soft spoken welcoming

For madam at 5:53, your emotions show that we are more alike than different. Whenever guests come over in Indian homes or office, Doodh Pati Chai is usually the first thing to be offered , second only to water.

He probably meant that its a mixture of Muglai and Awadhi cuisine . And for that he would be correct , That Biryani specially Hydrabadi birayani is A take on Awadhi biryani with whole spices.
@Rahul lol bro Awadhi biryani is not only famous but is the place where biryani in its present form came to be , maybe you grew up eating Hydrabadi biryani , and that's why u think so. But even this channel knows where biryani originated , and that's what they said. Hydrabadi biryani has its place however Hyderabad is not the place where biryani originated.

@Rahul True. In South Africa, the majority of our local Indian/south asian populice are Tamils. The Muslim community has a mix of Afghans, few Iranians and majority of the North Indian groups. The way breyani is prepared is different from Hyderabad and shows its Persian roots. Our Tamil cuisine really gets their eyes watering though. We always joke about that.
