What if .. in the remote chance.. the attacker used a combo in his attack .. Jab + hook + uppercut?? Most experienced boxers will not throw a jab and wait ..
Then you would treat each attack as a beat in the rhythm. You could do the before/during/after interception for beat 1, 2, or 3. If you decide to do it on the hook, for example, you might parry the jab or use head movement and then intercept with a finger jab to the eyes and simultaneously try to block the hook. Perhaps the uppercut may or may not come, but you have already executed your gameplan. That is how most JKD concept guys would handle your situation. What the guys are doing now is just isolating the technique and not overloading you.

@@corywheeldon1538 bruce didn't die while making a movie. He died because of brain swelling. I think he took meds for his pain, and it had side effects, caused his brain to swell.

You have a high Tigh guard start from any hand position it make no difference boards don't move in a circle and don't strike back
