Can I ask if at night you can see in with the shades down and those light filtering curtains you have? I have light filtering curtains in our living room and wanted to purchase Roman shades for additional viewing barrier
What color did you get in the levolor blinds? They only have Tatami, grey stone or cinnamon bamboo. None look like the ones in your home. The closest one looks like tatami but the tatami in the store has pieces of black bamboo on it that look darker than yours
I shortened these rstyle.me/+Az7gCWLrbNycM4eEP91dGA in our first living room, here is the tutorial on how I did that: angelamariemade.com/bamboo-blinds-how-to-trim-to-size-and-add-a-privacy-liner/
I found your review helpful and I’m looking at Home Depot website and I need to clarify what I need to search Home Collection blinds, bamboo Roman shades, Antigua Natural color……. I’m not finding that color or privacy. Would you be able to help me? Thanks! You’re terrific!
Good observation, they do look multi colored but it is just the way that it filmed with the lighting. If you go to my blog post I have photos that do not have the discoloration.
Thanks for posting this, it's so difficult to find basic reviews on items sometimes and this is perfect!
I am so glad it was helpful!
What color did you get from the home depot blinds? Thanks. 😊
Great information. It's so hard to determine quality long-term when shopping online. Thank you
Glad it was helpful! Yes for sure!
Love the blinds. What was the name of the name of the blinds/ brand of the blinds from Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Thank you. I have them linked in the description box!
Do you have links for what you used??
Yes I have everything linked in the blog post: angelamariemade.com/a-review-of-my-favorite-bamboo-blinds/
did your blinds come with the fold on the top
Yes they did!
How deep are your windows? I’d like to get some natural shades with an inside mount but our depth is only 3/4” so not sure that will work…
We have since moved so I am not 100% of the exact measurement but they were about 2.5-3" in depth
Where did you get your wooden shelves in your kitchen??
I built them myself! I share more how we built them in my kitchen makeover video! ua-cam.com/video/cvvUOMqD2sA/v-deo.html
Can these blinds be used outside as a shade
No these are meant for indoor use only!

The ones with the light filtering curtains you can see through but the other 2 options you cannot see through.

Do you remember which color you got from Home Depot?
It was the Antigua Natural, and you can also order samples to see the colors better before buying.

Darn it, all the Levolor blinds in Canada are discontinued and you can't even get them.
🙁 that's no good
The blind you are demonstrating at 4:27 appears to be multi-colored. Is it or am I just seeing a reflection of something?

Very nice demonstration However the repeating ofthe word bamboo encouraged me to leave.
