For two generous cheeseballs you'll need:
225g Soft Cream Cheese
150g Goats Cheese
100g Sweet Red Pepper
3 Tbs Chives
3 Tbs Parsley
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Hi Sacha and Minion, A very funny, with lots of innuendos video today, (thanks Minion). You are going to be cross with me, none of our family like goats cheese. Can I just use double quantity of cream cheese, or would you suggest some other cheese? We go through so much cheese and boxes of crackers at Christmas, because tv is banned in favor of family games (we tape any programmes any of us want to watch, I'm not a dictator) so lots of nibbles are called for....
