Greats usually do not warm to their hits till later they don't wanna get tied to the one song I guess for instance George Michael hated the WHAM! song Bad Boys I love it LOL and I love this song since I was a little child George just felt like it was a weight around his neck and also maybe people took it too serious it was meant cheeky they were not those characters in the song they were mama loving good boys and he did not think he was handsome tall and strong I do though LOL also Careless Whisper he did not dislike it but he was not emotionally tied to it and he never understood why it was such a love song he was like did you people see the video I lost both girls and he had other songs that meant more emotionally like A different corner I love Careless Whisper it is a genius song he came up with it on a bus that is brilliant he was a 17 year old but A Different Corner I love though I wanna punch the bastard that he wrote it about LOL then Father Figure and One More Try its a thing artists have with songs I guess Father Figure was my first introduction to GM and now people call him bad names because they do not get it they think its about a kid sickos even as a 3 year old at the time I knew it was about a woman with issues mainly slappy issues I still wanna punch her she hit him hard but knowing how cheeky he is he probably talked her into it maybe LOL

I grew up in the 80's, graduated high school in 86. It truly was a
different world from today. The music of that time period will always
hold a special place in my heart. All of my favorite bands, Motley Crue,
Skid Row, Tesla, Ratt, Def Leppard, Warrant, Poison, Bon Jovi, Wasp,
Cinderella, Van Halen, Metallica, Judas Priest, REO , Kiss , Aerosmith , Journey, and even Cher for some reason were all over
MTV and the radio and it was awesome! Those of us who remember that time
know it will never be duplicated.

I love Cher and I've been lucky enough to have gone to see her perform twice here in my hometown, Sacramento, CA. She and her enterage were amazing. The two shows I went to were the "BelieveTour", and her "Farewell Tour". Which we all know now, was not Cher's final "Farewell" to perfoming live for her many fans.
I am a long time fan of hers, starting from the beginning of her great singing career in the days of "The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour".
I own the DVD version of the Farewell Tour, which this performance of "Just Like Jesse James" is part of.
The Farewell Tour DVD is really good, & I highly recommend it to the UA-cam audience. It's recorded in high quality, the color and sound are perfect.

I have always loved this particular song, it's one of my favorite Cher songs. I think she looked really good here, and happy. I liked her with the blonde hairstyle too. A good wig sure makes a difference LOL! The clothes she chose for this performance are very stylish, & her makeup is so pretty.
