@@jaybee4288 First of all Will Wright the guy who invented the game never stated that he had a specific target audience.... Second of all the sims was made all the way in the late 90s, meaning many of the people who started playing and loved it then are well into their 40s now so if they started it then why the fuck would they not play it now? Third of all Will didn't intend for his game to be a corny dollhouse type game, it's supposed to be a life simulation so it's not uncalled for of anyone to expect more from it. And TownieSimBuilds should be proud, he's not a blockhead with closed minded opinions talking from his a** like some people. Also, do you like my emojis 😎😲😱🤬?
If it’s truly a Discord that’s so not necessary or even wanted, only causing more issues and opportunities for EA to act like they’re listening to us/communicating and then to likely ignore or abandon it like so many of their other things they’ve introduced

Idk. This new pack might cause discord cuz it might be too similar to City Living. They whole concept of it is about having neighbors and things but the problem is that although City Living was.... exactly what the name suggests 💀living in a city. You still had literal next door neighbors because of the apartments. I just hope they don't do another My first pet problem again but with an expansion pack😂
I mean if it has town homes condors and apartments mixed with housing and real estate it might be worth it
It really depends on your gameplay preference. Personally, I'll be happy with having more apartments in the game as the only apartments that we have in the game are 'city living,' and 'echo lifestyle.' Honestly wouldn't mind having more packs with apartments, as long as it comes with new gameplay, that's the main thing I hope for the pack.

"Get busy!" is the name of the Season, not the next EP. They never reveal packs names before the first trailer release.
I am so much against anything AI art because it's basically art theft ... but those pack ideas are really cool! On another note, I hope it's a city pack where the world is not empty like the other newer worlds
Another issue with AI is it's going to cause even more discontent within the Sims community, people are going to see something and think it's real and when it turns out it's not, be upset at the Sims team. We already saw this happen with Eco Lifestyles. Before the pack was released, there was a lot of false information being spread that it was a farming expansion; then when the pack came out, so many people were upset that it had nothing to do with farming. Many people blamed the Sims team for it. There are plenty of real reasons to be mad at EA/The Sims, players don't need to be blaming them for their own stupidity. When it comes to Sims news, if it does not come directly from the Sims team, assume it's not true.

I didn't for a long time...but then it stopped working, and when it did get fixed, all my packs were gone. Managed to get them back, but learned my lesson. I use EPIC to launch my game now.

I’m on Origin for Mac and I can’t even get into it anymore it’s been days. I’ve tried everything. I’m so over EA at this point I feel like the EA app will just make it worse lmao

I do really think that since sims 4 has been the most successful sims game, they won't be calling project rene, the sims 5.
That would make peopple think that sims 4 is outdated and will abandon it, they will name the new game differently so people can still purchase both games and their expansions, or choose between the two of them, so this means they can still make money with the sims 4 forever

I think it’s a Korean world, because the text on the letter 1:24 looks like abstract Korean letters to me, here’s an example: 안녕하세요 maybe also just an Asian inspired world cause I do think the food might be a big hint, it could also be an international themed pack or one with multiple worlds (just joking about that I know it’s the sims 4)
it’s most likely a Thailand themed world - In the get busy picture thing those are thai noodles + there’s are a lot of other things leading to it being a Thailand themed world!
I think what they’re doing is that it’s just going to be like the Sims mobile the Sims five

The EA app has been so much smoother and more stable for me than Origin ever was. Origin constantly lost internet connection and needed a full system reboot to connect again. It crashed constantly. I’ve had zero issues with the app.

Do not support AI and also, pls do not call everything "AI". An artist imitating the sims' art and producing a "fan" pack of their dream isn't AI if they didn't use AI
This discord thing is really silly. It is a leak. EA haven’t promised or hinted at anything at all. Someone who knows someone who works there puts out vague tweets. Then you guys build it up in your heads and get disappointed when it’s just something they weren’t ever going to make a big deal out of. Maybe you should just quit this game Yin because you never have anything good to say and just stir up hate in the community. it’s really sad.
