Yeah, how milk is sold depends on the province. In Quebec their are essentially three types of milk: skim, 1%, 2% and 3.25%. It is sold in bags (3 bags per bag for 4 liters), 2 liter containers and 1 liter containers. I don't think its sold in plastic jugs. Sometimes its also sold in 0.5 l and 0.25 l containers for kids to take to school.
