I already posted but I just bought a mug warmer it plugs in and like at your desk you put your coffee cup on it and it keeps your coffee warm. Works well warming my resin. HOWEVER use like a glass dish or coffee mug your resin cup will fit in. In other words don't put plastic cup on warmer it does get very warm an I melted a plastic solo cup (it was a mess). Just wanted to share that.
I tried the coffee cup warmer and it heated my resin too fast. I will try your trick with setting my resin mixing cup inside a coffee mug and see if that helps.
The ones that are clear with flowers you can do tiny beads , or do wispy white clouds! There so beautiful! I will order these, I just got my coasters and no one has such awesome molds. So I Thank you😋
I have been so sick for the past week with a sore throat and my favorite, and I just left my butt off till it hurt when you said what you did about the aliens laying eggs! It just looks hilarious to me! These are beautiful, julie! I wish I had the stuff to make the sunflower one for my daughter-in-law. That's her favorite! And I wish my mama was still here, and I would do one with a rose for her! I love doing things for her!
I am new to any type of crafting. I am trying to learn due to illness & I have to say your videos are such an inspiration because when things may not be going quite to plan you don't stop recording & delete it. You leave it in & it shows to all the new crafters it is ok, it can happen but then you also demonstrate this is what you can do if it happens, as much as I love watching demonstrations on UA-cam (from never having watched it, its an addiction lol) the real ones are the most beneficial to inspire & encourage people to give it a go & if it goes not the way you may have wanted to carry on & try again sorry this is such a long message but I just wanted you to know from a mental health point of view how inspirational & helpful your videos are & I genuinely think they help a lot of people out there
I love the bead ones. I think it’s the brush strokes that caused the haziness. What about mixing one with the black resin next time and seeing what happens… but just like everything you make… WONDERFUL& BEAUTIFUL! Thank you
Omg so pretty all of them.was looking for hearts because I’m wanting to put ashes in for my niece to have her baby on her person.and she was saying how expensive it was to have it made.now I can do it.thank you.
Hi Julie if you look at the labels on your Chameleon powders you will notice that the colour that is in them is the colour that the words are written in. Beautiful hearts, well done 😍
Oooo i love these i love the black with the gold leaf its beautiful, and the one with the daisy my fave, the one with the cut glass awesome, each one so different, they look like underwater coral so cool
Love these molds. With the depth of them the possibilities of what to use in them is endless. I like the gold and black the best. The beads look like fish eggs
Oh my gosh just watched this video and I’m in love with these hearts. Waiting for my octopus to arrive and now just had to get this mould. I love your moulds. Such amazing quality. Worth every cent. 💕
I use a pen with a wax cone on the end to pick up rhinestones, etc. for nail art. I think it would work wonderful for those tiny little gold confetti pieces!
I'm obsessed with the molds. Really cool. I was surprised that you haven't used flowers before, but when I think about you don't add a lot of things to your pieces. I have had a jar of those little bubble beads forever and I haven't known what to do with them. I got them free with some order and I had never seen them in Resin. So now I know. Thank you Julie.💜 As always Julie a great video and beautiful art. 💜
I’m late to another party! Only a year this time. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I thought the bubbles on the blue flower, I think the blue one, looks like little dew drops! At least to me! We get too anti-bubble sometimes. Thanks, Julie!😊
I love the bubbles would also be great with an underwater theme. Love the glass bead ones, they are just amazing.- black nori and the daisy were my favourites
Absolutely Beautiful, my lovely. I expected nothing less from someone whose inner creative light manifested itself through your love of art, or whatever you are doing that excites you. Superb. I send you much love and lots of positive energy and light. Regards as Always Leena
The leather cord is called rawhide here in the U.S.. Those are very pretty, especially the flowers. And I like the bubbles. Gives them character. Great job.
My goodness...the possibilities are limited only by visual imagination and what you can get your hands on to put in them. Absolutely love them! Definitely need to get the mold!
I have been looking everywhere for a mold like this. My daughter got me a pendent like this for Christmas and the loop broke off :( . I could not glue it back on . just wish I could afford the mold . Your voice is adorable lovely work.
Those flowers are bubble buggers! I’ve dried flowers and mushrooms from my yard and made coasters. I love them 🌻 🍄 You did great with yours! Couldn’t help but think of opals with the glass beads ; )
Put your flowers on a cake or cookie pan, cup works too. Layer desiccant silicone beads under and over the flowers, rose buds etc. Wait about a week or so and it dries them as colorful and beautiful as when they were just picked. I got them of Amazon. Many layers and so beautiful. Mine turn green when liquid is in them. They can be baked low or microwaved to dry and can be used over and over again. No more flattening them in a book. A red rose bud would be fantastic in the pendant.
