Honestly, I like the looks of the XB full version but the Hybrids beam patterns and brightness make way more sense. The low beams on this are 710 vs the full XBs 1170 lux BUT the highs on the hybrids are 1770 and the full XBs are 1220 lux. Only about a 5% change in lux brightness between the low and high beams with the full XBs. With the hybrids it is a 60% increase in brightness between the highs and lows. The Hybrid's high beams are 32% brighter, have a taller beam pattern, and are 49% cheaper. Sounds like a no brainer to me! Hybrids for the win!
2 complaints with this video, 2021 Ram Texas Edition. In this video is when you say there’s “2 clips on the far left that may have to be manually removed”, demonstrate HOW to do this in the video. I broke a clip trying to do this, and took a pause, went to competitors site, where they demonstrated how, and didn’t break any more of them. I also ended up having to have these professionally installed (extra $500 expense) because the outer of the 3 bolts he starts with for removing the grill behind the panels? Is held on by metal tabs into plastic. The same metal tabs you’re told to hold when removing the top bolts. They both popped off so the bolt was just spinning, and I couldn’t get the grill off, because you can’t get to the back to hold it. Definitely not a driveway install. BUT- they look awesome.

This is an incredibly well done review and video, thanks guys!

Also guys if your also looking to buy these headlights they are Matte grey they are not gloss black like in this video.
I was really looking forward to seeing the turn signal LED bulb 😔
We would recommend the Carbide 2.0 or Ultra Indicator from GTR Lighting for these!
@@HeadlightRevolution he meant for you to show them on the video with them on
@@joncruz92 I understand that, I was giving recommendations as to what bulbs we would put in these headlights for that full LED conversion! (:
You guys need to update this these lights just came out and people can’t find the review these need to be one of the newest videos on your page
Thanks for the feedback Jonathan!
Do these void warranties?
Why are the low beam cut off lines in a zig-zag shape?
Can you get a RGB light for them
Why oh why ram does it have to be so difficult to remove your headlights!
Please please can you design 2007-2011 Toyota Yaris HatchBack !!
There would be little to no demand for a unit on this vehicle. I would recommend just grabbing a good set of LED bulbs from our website!
I have a '16 Ram Express and would like to see a video on the AlphaRex Nova-Series LED Heads: Dodge Ram (09-18). Any thoughts on this unit?
We haven't tested and ARex lights in house yet, we plan to at some point. Until then Morimoto takes the crown for us!
Holy cow! I thought the 4th gen Ram headlights where overly ridiculous to change. This is just plain stupid!
It's a task for sure!
Will these work on my ram that came with led headlights? 21 laramie 1500
Not compatible with OEM LED trucks, sorry!
Does these light cause any error codes on dash?
They don't!
can these fit a ram 1500 2022?
Yes.
I wish I could afford the "cheap" ones.
Same here James 😢
Buying a Ram was the best decision you made 😂😂😂😂
Dude I have a 2019 Ram 1500 with 70k miles and when he said that it killed me 😂😂😂
😉😉😉
@@HeadlightRevolution 🤣
Did he say they're cheaper than stock? 🤔😂
OEM LED? Absolutely.
@@HeadlightRevolution oh, I guess saying that would have made it clearer since you're talking about and showcasing a halogen light model
I mean, even then. If you're getting parts straight from the dealer the halogen replacement lights still aren't cheap!
