    My box set-up is almost identical. Except I have my old fashioned bait waiter (matrix) and a side tray, instead of two side trays. Love a waiter!

    I am so pleased to see that I am doing most of what you do with your set up. My only real difference is that I use a Pram Hood Large side tray which means that i cannot use your landing net rest. I also am going to use your suggestion of securing the bottom of my keepnets with Pole elastic using the pegs.
    Thanks for all the tips etc you gave us all this season. I wish you and your family and great and "MERRY" Christmas and a Happy New Year. PS will be booking a coaching day next year to improve my Pole fishing.

    Thanks for this video Jon! I've made some modifications to my S25 box:
    I am using the extendable sidetray that I could not fully extend so I've removed the handwheels from the footplate. Gives me about 3"- 4" extra sidetray length.
    I've attached the two plastic "sliders" from my bottom tray to a piece of painted plywood and slided that in the bottom section, giving me extra storage space.
    Merry Xmas to you and your family! Looking forward to your videos next year 🎅🎄🎣

    • @MARCLEEMATCHFISHING
      @MARCLEEMATCHFISHING 2 роки тому

      @@JonArthur that would be good because all the videos I've watched say to leave expanders in the water but they are splitting after couple hours, yet the Sonu ones have to be done with cold water overnight?

    • @lenk1975
      @lenk1975 2 роки тому

      Use the sonubaits Pro expanders. Cover in water the night before. Add any additives. Wack them in the fridge. Bang on the next day. I drain them if it's average temperature but leave them in water if its hot.

    Sorry John watched it a few times - re keepnets does the tent peg stick into the platform ?

    • @JonArthur
      @JonArthur  2 роки тому

      I use the tent peg if it's going in the ground or stretch it over a platform leg or sometimes even my own seatbox legs if the platform juts out. Whatever suits the specific peg.
