@@elijahdondada It does suck....it's was a great rig. It was the 1st vehicle I went off roading in and what kinda got me liking it and getting out and about in nature and away from the city life. After a couple trips with the family, it was clear real fast that it was going to be a little small especially when my kids got older and bigger. I really wanted a full size Montero initially but I couldn't find a nice one so I kinda settled for the Montero Sport and ended up really liking it. So when I realized it was going to be small in the future ...I decided to find a full size Montero again and eventually found my 1998 Montero. It just sucked seeing it the way it was in the junkyard.
I feel sad like you... I also like to take care of my cars, and it's heartbreaking to see the difference it made, to have owners who neglected the preservation of the Montero Sport.
@@allenswench It was sad to see it in the condition it was and it ended up in the salvage yard. I took great care of it and took pride in the Sport when I owned it. It's just sad to see it gone. Thank you for commenting and watching.
@@frarap06 In the video I mentioned I needed the money and I didn't have the space to keep it at my house. If I had the space and had the extra money at the time to keep it ..I would have.
Thank you for coming to my UA-cam channel. I'm enjoying the video
I enjoy your channel...thank you for sharing your adventures. Thank you for comment and happy you liked the video.
Damn man that's really unfortunate. Especially since you put all that blood and sweat into what was a really clean build.

So sad 😢
@@alexandervg8937 It was.
Damn huge loss
That's why I am afraid to sell my 2002 montero sport 😢
Try to keep it ....it sucks seeing a vehicle you genuinely like/love in a terrible condition or being junked.
Why did you end up selling it? Just wondering.
