Firstly, I have never drunk and will never drink alcohol because my dad drank it a lot (my mom got divorced from him almost 15 years ago) and I don't want to follow his behavior. Secondly, I have recently neglected workout. This explains why I have mood swings. Sometimes, I feel bad when I see certain people on social media going to the gym when I could do a workout at home, even the most basic one + walking and riding in nature. What's more yoga is for everyone, for both women and men. This is a beautiful video, Lana. It took me a year to remove soda from my daily routine and then I expanded to all sugar except a very limited occasional treat once you get processed sugar out of your diet for a long period you no longer crave it. When I started running and exercising more, the strength and stamina gains keep me motivated to continue so I don’t lose what I’ve worked so hard to achieve at that point.
My number one rule is keep it easy. I’ve started working out years ago and I stay consistent till now because I feel all the benefits. Also love your this new format 💕
I'm 15 yrs old and one of the things that I'm consious about myself is my physical image. Sometimes i just want to be healthy as a teenager, and weigh the normal weight of a teenager my age, but everytime i remember the beauty standards of social media right now, i just want to starve myself and do a bunch of workouts that will make my waist smaller, my butt bigger, my arms slimmer, my hip dips less visible, and many more. I have the normal weight of a 15 yrs old but Im not fit. Im not sure if having the "perfect body" will make me happy, i think i just want to have it to make me look more attractive and feel more confident.
With respect to sustainability, especially as you get older, I've found that you have to embrace the process. The results are secondary. If you're not having fun *doing* it, it's not going to last.

I wish I could put myself out there and just do a bit of sports, but I really hate all kind of sports. I don’t want to gain muscles or so I just want to lose some weight and stay fit. For me it all feels pointless even when I have the goal to get fit. When I think about that I can only imagine one way to achieve all of it and this is with a partner, but unfortunately i never was lucky enough for it or was able to find one. And I know it has nothing to do with my looks because when I was in a better shape it was the same. For me it would be a great start to just don’t lose motivation on something after a few minutes, and from there I can grow.

It’s a small thing but having workout clothes ready night before along with food for before and after workout makes it easier to stay consistent
