Relax and take it easy. You are suffering from PTSD known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is characterized by flash back of haunting memories and thoughts and its difficult for a person to overcome that by himself or herself. Dont think negatively. First of all this happens and can happen to anyone. Second there is good treatment for it through counselling and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Relax and be happy. You have a lot of positive things ahead for you

Completely theek hona to mushkil se he hota hai, kiyonkeh is beemari relapses ke chances bohat high hotay hain. So a patient can get relapsing attacks after some time, so its important to get regularly checked and assessed by your psychiatrist to keep him on stabilizing medications
If there are problems with regular medications then discuss with your doctor for giving him depot injections. These are very good medications which can be given as intramuscular injections and they work for good 2-3 months, so you wont have to deal with this issue of patient refusal to take medicine every day
Salam Sir...i think mjhy yeh beemari hai...sometimes when i feel bored ma tanhai main self talk karne lag jata hu or mjhy yeh pta hota hota hai ke main khud se bat kr rha hu...self talk is like ke main apni over thinking ko kisi ke sath discuss kr rha hu mjhy kisi ki awaz nhi sunai de rahi hoti lkn phir bhi ma bt kr rha hota huu...mera kisi had tak control bhi hai lkn pta nhi kbhi kbhi jab bat krne ko dil kr rha...yeh pichle 4/5 saal se chal rha hai..kabhi kam ho jata hai or kabhi zyadaa ...mere behaviour ma koi diff nahi eik normal life guzar rha hu lkn mjhy yeh lgne lg gya hai ke mere sath koi mental problem chal rha hai...not sure...thankyou agar ap reply karain!!
Your symptoms are not suggestive of Schizophrenia because you have insight into your problem, that is you know that it is not real. Your self-talk seems more of an internal monologue and thats one way of expressing things that you cant express otherwise.
Schizophrenia happens in susceptible people who have genetic tendencies to develop this disease. Caretakers have nothing to do with the causation. They may be involved in aggravation of the circumstances which might aggravate the situation for an already schizophrenic patient but other than this they dont have any role in causation of disease. Will try to make a video on this issue at some point in future. Stay tuned for more on this subject
Sir I'm from Jammu kashmir ( Indian authorised or you could say occupied) .... Sir I've been diagnosed with schizophrenia from past few months ..... Actually I had a paranoid delusion that my audio gone viral but later on due to my anti psychotic medicines i someone get over through this bullshit .... Now I'm completely fine but Im facing really high cognitive decline like I can't focus or concentrate .... Sometimes I can't understand on going conversation or group discussion.... And my poor academic performance too ..... I can't understand informative stuff easily and a lot more to say but these are the major ones ..... Now sir I wanted to know whether these residual things will end with the illness or I gotta face them throughout my life 😩😞
Dear Sharma Jee. What you are describing is known as spectrum of Psychomotor retardation and can be a side effect of the medications that you are using. Unfortunately every medicine has some side effects and so does these anti-psychotic medications. Its very difficult to answer whether these things will persist for the rest of the life or whether they will wither on their own, as every individual is different, and environment, culture, genetics, diet etc a lot plays a role in this. So be optimistic, as if you have overcome the psychosis then hopefully you will overcome these residual side effects too

Walaikum salam. Bilkul ye log shadi ker ke normal life guzar saktay hain. But 2 things are important. One, they need an understanding partner, who at least knows what schizophrenia is and can give a supportive environment in case of need and the other, medicines le ker ye log bilkul normal life guzar saktay hain, bas thoray samajnay aur support ki zaroorat hoti hai

@@wajahatali4198 so who prescribed these medications. One of them is a neuro pain killer and the other two are epilepsy medications. From the medication list it looks like she is patient of epilepsy and not schizophrenia
