He's in The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler, which is kinda amusing to me that he was known for being a dirtbag player and then he agrees to play a corrupt prison guard that's one of the main antagonists in a prison movie.
Perfect casting although I agree they shouldn't reward a dirtbag like Romo. Ray Nitschke, who was a nasty middle linebacker for the Packers in the 60's played one of the guards in the original movie with Burt Reynolds.
Today an incident like Romanowski punching a teammate, in training camp or practice, would result in not just potential fines and suspensions for players involved, but coaches as well. Contact rules in practice and training camp are pretty strict in today's NFL as they try to lesson the physical toll on players over the course of the season to reduce injuries. Fines for NFL coaches who let players "practice too hard, fight, or get too physical" have been in excess of six figures. So it seldoms happens more than once.
Look at those Great White Shark eyes, no soul I do love sociopaths like this tho, they're very easy to navigate around... just ALWAYS make it clear you're on their side lol
There's no way you can look at Romanowski and think he wasn't a scumbag and a psychopath. I love players who can be the enforcers on a team: The guys who will give a hard foul in basketball after their star player took one from the other team, or football players who try to blow up an opposing player with a clean tackle or a clean block. But Romo was such a deranged egomaniac he was not only destroying careers but people's lives with cheapshots. The video brushed past him mangling Dave Megett's finger. Megett was a great player for The Giants despite being a very undersized running back. His whole job is handling the ball and with a broken finger the likelihood of fumbling is exponentially increased so it could have ended his career had he not fully recovered. Shattering Kerry Collins' jaw with a cheap helmet to helmet shot; breaking his own teammate's eye-socket. Those things should be inexcusable. But I'd say the most amazing thing about Romanowski is that in a league that is made up of 70% people of color, almost all of Romo's offenses came against black players (Collins being an exception). Spitting in a man's face on national television, sucker punching a teammate, grabbing another by the throat for just putting his sandwich in the same microwave...it is absolutely shocking Romo's own teammates didn't beat his ass.
You say that as if that's unique to Romanowski, but literally half of the league have had legal troubles at some point. And that's with a lot of them being rich and famous.
There’s being physical and then there’s just being a plain dirty player. Dude is obviously a sociopath/psychopath. To be honest it’s better for him have played football rather than a normal profession, because this dude may have actually seriously injured someone or worse.
Jerry Rice is considered the best WR of all time and God like amongst 49er fans, players and the whole organization. Romo going after Jerry in a practice is almost the worse thing he could do.
Awesome video. I would say jack Tatum is the dirtiest player in nfl history, mainly because he paralyzed a wide receiver and didn't feel bad about it at all.
I’ve been trying to get someone to react to Romanowski for a yr. He was a beast and other teams hated playing against him because he was dirty as hell. He ended up playing for four different teams. Personally I loved watching him because of the shock factor in his playing. I hear though that he’s been knocked down to the #2 slot of meanest and dirtiest player. Can’t remember who they said has taken his place. Some say they think Ndamukong Suh was because he would actually stomped on his apponents and loved starting fights on the field. I’m sticking with BR. Dude was crazy as hell.
*Daz* / *Aiden* I've tried via comments for months to see if you would react to this. Can you checkout *Lyle Alzado the most feared man in the NFL* .? It's a cautionary tale *BUT* I really want you to add this guy to your collective memory.! Here's hoping, appreciate the consideration........
Romo was great... And then those days everybody got told to do that stuff.. He was just extra good at it. They actually used to pay bounties to hurt people.
how the hell did the fines get less as he commited more they should of doubled or tripled ,granted some offenses aren't as bad as others but when u have a reputation like this guy u gotta throw everything at him including the kitchen sink that wouldn't matter tho cuz he would just headbutt it right in half Bill had no chill
Romo was bad, no argument. But he wasn't nearly the worst. Dick Butkus and Lyle Alzado were much worse. Butkus told a story about a guy's finger getting inside his face mask in a pile. He tried to bite it off.
I mean spitting on someone is extremely disrespectful but if you don't get banned for stomping on other players with metal cleats no way spitting should get you banned forever
The only college football team we've ever had to cheer for up here in New England is BC...only college team I ever cheered for... And I still hate Bill Romanowski
Daz was about to blow a gasket over the nba player that missed a game for his birthday party. "This is proper winding me up, mate" he said. He seems to have a lot more tolerance, understanding and patience for this criminal and pure psychopath. Interesting.
@@rancidcrawfish Don't take my word for it, you can actually go back and watch that video. I'm not a complete fool, so I have to acknowledge the obvious, no matter how uncomfortable it makes people like you. I'm just a witness to it all.🙃 I love the revelation of truth😁
Bill Romanowski probably was the dirtiest player in NFL history, well until Vontaze Burfict came along that is.
Does anyone remember jack Tatum of the Raiders? But he was clean compared to Romo.
@@saintsataniko2116Jack Tatum was a psycho. Definitely top 3 dirtiest player.
Don't forget about Haynesworth, that cleat stomp is still hard to watch to this day.
@@Bubbles088that was a top dirtiest plays but even as big an a hole as he was he wouldn't touch the guys mentioned or incognito
To this day, I still watch the video of the massive cheap shot on Burfict and just smile

ive seen that movie probably close to 10 times and never realized that was him. fitting role lmao
@@snickidy6947 Yeah he's the very first guard they introduce that kicks Adam Sandler off the bus

Dude never paid his taxes either. :) He's getting sued by the gov't for $15M.
Steroid cycles cost money, c'mon man!!
not paying taxes to one of the most corrupt gov't's in the world? that's a good move lmao
Love that they can figure that out but somehow not trillions of tax dollars have been stolen and they have no clue by who

Great reaction. Fun to watch. What a crazy guy. This was reacted to on the main OB Channel two years ago, but it was great to see Aidan's reaction. 🙂

😂😂 he was in Adam Sandlers “The Longest Yard” movie (he played on the prison Guards Team)
bill is such a legend especially how he went to the same high school i go to ans really supports our football team.
Check out Jack Tatum and Mel Blount two crazy defensive backs from the 70s
Hell, most of the Raiders' defense in the 70's, a few Steelers, and Ronnie Lott in the 80's.

If Bill Romanowksi didn't become a pro athlete, he would've ended up dead or in jail. The NFL merely spared the rest of the world from Romo's wrath
You say that as if that's unique to Romanowski, but literally half of the league have had legal troubles at some point. And that's with a lot of them being rich and famous.
Bill talks like he's detached from reality. Zero empathy. Psychopathic.

I remember him spitting in JJ Stokes face. Was big news at the time.
4:17 his eyes are the epitome of psychotic looking.
One of the dirtiest--Conrad Dobler is way up there--offensive lineman, lots of biting.
Conrad Dobler has entered the chat.
Mark Gastineau from the Jets is the reason for the poor sportsman rule
His sack dances weren't even that good but spot on call bro.
Ronnie Lott had his finger amputated at halftime and came back in the game
If Romo didn't have football, he would have been a serial killer. And I'm not making a joke.

They did so on the main channel awhile back.
Didn’t see it.
There is just nothing behind those eyes
Eyes and smirk of a serial killer
I actually went to school with him in college and watched him play. He was legendary on campus and a great player. He wasn’t dirty back then.
Only linebackers ENJOY practice! One method of disciplining a linebacker is to make him sit out of tackling drills in practice.

He has a strange last name tried to break ppls legs etc…was like Suggz Sugh something (ill look up)
