humans can actually go a good while without eating food at all, water is way more important. a week without eating isnt unheard of, people can go over a month

A month with zero nutrition will likely kill you. Especially if you plan on having any energy at all.

I was watching Tiger Belly from early on and Bad Friends since it began, and while its great in compilations, Bobby's routine has gotten really stale and repetitive (much like his standup where he hasn't written new material in years). Creating some weird fantasy scenario about every male guest's penis and endlessly talking about shitting his pants is rarely funny any more.

@@saintsataniko2116 He's never been a great standup. He started in the 90's and NEVER put out a single special. He's one of the funniest people in the world, just naturally. But he basically just fell into standup up comedy. That's why he's so amazing on every podcast.

Theo Von started his career on an MTV reality show called Road Rules. Bobby Lee used to be on a comedy sketch show called Mad TV then went on to be in some major motion pictures.
Bobby Lee was one of those hidden comedians that America was too ashame to put on TV but not lately he's been killin it in the podcast world. He's funny just being himself just like Theo.

I thought for sure the last part was just some BS that Theo made up on the spot.. Turns out there was a show called Highway to Heaven. There was an episode where an Asian boy was hitchhiking. And Victor French did indeed win an academy award!

My friend, fasting is extremely healthy and you can go 40 + days without food!
An extended fast, is where you do not consume ANY CALORIES. I have done 7 days. Only water and salt pretty much, and vitamins.
I HIGHLY recommend his podcast "Bad Friends" with Andrew Santino. It's so stupid funny, It's the first podcast that got me binge watching their stuff like crazy

That's exactly why fasting is a part of religion, it's extremely healthy. You're essentially allowing your body to clean out dna that's broke down to start autophagy. Prevents cancer, heals organs, and improves almost every function in your body including your mind. Clean, clear and happy.

Yeah you can fast without it being a religious thing. If you fast religiously as a muslim you eat at night, but if you fast for health you can go days. Some go on a water diet for 5 days and it works but it is not exactly the safest. Most people who fast just do it in shorter interventals. I think it is if you don't eat for 16 hours then you've fasted. So if you go days with only eaten every 16 hours you'll lose weight. Long form fasting does indeed clean your body out, but you can do it over a longer period eating only specific things. Like a chicken filet with pepper and plain salad. If you only eat that for a month you'll be clean, but the danger with stuff like that is that you'll start having issues with iron and vitamins and so on. So I personally don't think people should clean themselves out unless they really need it. If you just want to lose weight then eat a bit less, not much in a way that'll bother you, and eat less often. And drink water. It won't change your body in 5 days like water fasting will, meaning you only drink water and nothing else for 5 days, but it's healthier to take it slower.
