Nicki had the utmost respect for Lil Kim. I loved Nicki because of that because I loved Lil Kim. I watched the Come Up DVDs, the interviews, all of that. I saw the drama unfold with Lil Kim and Nicki in real time. I chose my side long ago because I felt Lil Kim was being shady and lame back then. Even though I didn't like Nicki's pop era, I still messed with her strong because her of her lyrical abilities.
