- In this video,(which is a 3 for 1) we went to the fire department/zoning,and the cops were called almost instantly.then we happen to catch a cop in violation of his department policy,and he was SHOCKED. And of course today is the FINAL release of our new intro. You guys let me know in the comments,how u feel about the new intro.

Gotta give the lady (Julie) who gave you the FOIA request form some credit, not many people admit they were wrong and adjust their attitude after being informed you don't need permission to record them.
Absolutely. On one hand that’s what you’re supposed to do, but on the other hand it’s so rare that it definitely deserves credit. That’s someone that has emotional intelligence. 👍

She's one of the rare ones that hasn't been TRAINED to treat the taxpayer as the enemy. Most of them have been trained to behave just that way!
And she was respectful the whole time, and at the end of the day, that's what counts.

That baffles me too. I watched a video where a group caught a registered pedo wanting to a*use a minor, legit had the evidence in black and white aswell as a confession(On more than one occassion). One of the PO said they can't do anything because he didn't a*buse a child and he was sent off. My thought was instead of avoiding a crime or at least investigating, he would rather it happend and then investigate and then follow up an arrest and MAYBE a conviction. I shed a tear that their are people and police departments with this mentality.
Respect to the public worker, she was educated, she accepted it and became very professional .

I have had a blast watching your interactions with these public servants. You have a great approach and style. You shouldn’t change a thing about your delivery and technique. I’m laughing so hard sometimes. I bet its hard for you to keep a straight face and not bust out laughing when you see them get schooled and have to do the walk of shame etc. I like it when you try to barter them into apologizing. Thanks for making the complaint . An organisation that enforces rule’s regulations and laws against the public and often lectures us at length about breaking said rules and regulations needs to be reminded not to be hypocritical. We often see police officers driving without seatbelts ,rolling stop signs ,driving way over the speed limits without emergency lights, not using turn signals etc etc etc each of these would result in fines and penalties for us the public . I would encourage everyone who sees police officers breaking the rules or committing traffic infractions to either report them or even post it online anonymously if you fear retaliation , if you can film it or have a dash cam do it .

I worked for a Passport Center where citizens private documents were processed. Even though the public was not allowed in the building, I covered all the documents every time I left my desk. Overkill....sure, but required.
Julia is an exceptional human being and the type of public servant that should be highlighted. Her demeanor did not turn rude or unprofessional when proven wrong.

Did you FOIA when Officer Espinosa last had a drug test done for work? Do they have a policy for their officers to be drug tested? Their union probably protect them from having random drug testing, or they get ample time to clear their system before the date comes.

Thanks for protecting everyone’s right to clean air. Smoke saturates everything especially fabric. Neither other cops nor citizens sitting in that vehicle should have to endure being exposed to toxic smoke. There is a federal law regarding smoking called the clean air act. It;s why you can;t smoke in places like post offices, grocery stores, etc. I would bet that it applies to public vehicles.

Cops didn’t change that Karen’s attitude. I’ll bet the next time someone comes in documenting, Karen will try to tell them they can’t.

Well, this visit to the fire station was very positive. Donna and Doug was very polite and professional. Now, the lady clerk was totally uneducated on public photography. That old bird was so wrong. One thing I have never heard anyone touch on is the fact that it seems like law enforcement response much quicker to government officials calling them as opposed to citizens calling them. The response times seem to be drastically lower for government officials and drastically longer for we the people
