a massive round of applause for tama for realising people have have frigged up their pedals, and showing them immediately how to fix it lol.
So that’s how a Plumbus is made!! Fascinating.
U really have to almost relearn to play this pedal. But once u play with all the adjustments, and find your spot...🤩. Smack! The lightest touch can really let ur bass drum reach its full sound potential, without working so hard. The pedal is like an autonomous Ferrari, and your leg is just along for the ride, using subtle foot strokes to find your groove. Hard to put into words. My leg was actually sore for a week or two...but then it's like you're cheating when u figure it out. Doubles are automatic. Triples are right there too. I'm using a single.
Love mine!!
Whoa 😮🔥
Thing of beauty...
Iron cobra & dyna sinc
love them both
i also love the Pearl Demon drive
they are all equally great pedals.
but thats just my meek opinion
Best pedal i had was in 1983. it was a Ludwig speed king. the modern pedals are just as good but with alot of crazy adjusting and fine tuning for everyones different personalities🙏🏻
You should check out the 2020 remakes of the speed king. Kept true to what made the original so iconic. And removed all the wiggly squeaky points of failure. And improved the action. My only complaint is I can't get a double version. But it's my favorite pedal still. And only like 180 bucks on sweetwater.
Nah the Dyna sync is much better than the demon drive I feel.
Nah demon drives are cheap crap
Doesn't the fact that the cam changes when you change the beater angle completely affect how the pedal operates? So you're not just changing the beater angle but the whole feel and if the pedal even operates like it should?
great
Заебись новиночка!
Really need to get two singles
Waaaaaay better than the overhyped demon drive
Without a doubt. I gave Pearl's Demon Drive a go, it's ridiculously smooth, but Tama's Dyna-Sync is something else. It's like the one pedal everyone is looking for when they want more power and speed. Tama's Dyna-Sync is also more adjustable than Pearl's Demon Drive.
@morganyounger4053 The DD just feels so cheap in comparison.
It has no power and the springs break too easily.
That's actually one of the reasons I choose tama pedals over Pearl.
The detachable springs.
@@dcmastermindfirst9418 Yeah, I actually witnessed that a couple days ago. The spring to my Eliminator pedal from Pearl just broke on me.
@@morganyounger4053 I can't take those eliminaters seriously. They just feel like a cheap toy.
Tama is so much more user friendly.
I have that song
Ничего себе
@_Patazos de girros
I’m intrigued always feel like my beater throw is to far to hit flush
и в который раз вал без подшипников. Что они себе думают?
Mapex Falcon
Hyundai Elantra
Lol cheap crap
Ok, point taken y'all.
... But the question is... bottom line...
Is this peddle BETTER than Pearls Demon ???
steel belt scream yes
Faster but with a lot more power!
Yup
How did John Bonham ever get along without this??? He is slow school I guess.
that guy was a good drummer i suppose ha .. lol
Zeppelin didn't use double kicks
Bad ass but super expensive over 350
have you seen the price on the dw pedal? $1000. nice but waaaay out there. i'll take tama.
@@tamadreaming the DW price dropped my jaw... truly expensive.
Doomsday Dad over $350 is pretty common these days honestly
That's fukin cheap!
Tama STILL have asymmetrical beaters on the double version, and the worst quality driveshafts, so lazy, such a pity.
the demon drive but 6 years later....
Better*
Here we are in the age of profound innovation and much of it is exciting but even the most advanced gear won't help you create good music. Less is usually more.
Speedking, GHOST and the 21st Century DRUMNETICS 3XF magnetic propulsion pedal.
El precio es muy caro para lo que realmente ofrece prefiero invertir en un czarcie kopyto
It's weird how they are obviously ripping off the demon drive after all this time just to compete with pearl, when they could have made a bigfoot, czarcie, or axis level pedal and put all of pearls pedals to shame
wgerd98 this pedal is better than the Pearl. I have all dyna sync pedals now! They are great! Really fast but a lot more power than the demon drive.
Who cares if they copied. It's a better pedal.
Nope. 1962 Swivomatic
So basically Tama has pretty much copied Pearl's Demon Drive pedal?🤔
no. this pedal is a rip off, and you are all foolish. look at the parts on it and compare it to their other models. maybe it has decent bearings for that 700$ price. but the rest are their base model parts. you are paying 3 times it's marketable value.
the only thing they had to design for it is that attachment to the pedal itself. otherwise, each one of those bars costs 250$. cause this is a 200$ pedal. that mechanism isn't worth 500$... plain and simple. this is a gimmick.
This is way better
With all the features this pedal has, and at that price point, you shouldn't have to deal with a problem such as the aforementioned height resonant side bass drum angle adjustment to cam angle with drive link touching the batter side. I'm surprised Tama did not take that into consideration. If you like your bass drum even 3 inches off the ground, then there's no point in buying this pedal.
Oh well trying to do something that Axis has done all these years before.Get an Axis and once you set it be ready to drive that Ferrari. And if you are not ready for the Ferrari speed, then an AXIS pedal might not be for you. But once you understand how to control the speed get ready for years of happiness.
Says axis nubie... axis pedal is eating itself, wait til 5 6 years, you'll be sorry for promoting this axis junk
Lol axis are fast but they have zero power and break easily.
AT FIRST GLANCE: That footboard angle adjustment setup looks a little to delicate and seems it would falter, malfunction and/or break under extreme and constant heavy use.
Trust me. I've had mine 4 years.
They are tough as nails.
Too many screws, bearings, screws, etc. Same shit, different day! You want a pedal that plays? Engineering that is nothing less than American Genius? 1. Ludwig Speedking 2. GHOST: INVENTED By J. R. Bob Ramsey 3. DRUMNETICS 3XF, Invented By Mr. Michael Van Dyke. Everything else is a joke and a gimmick with too many screws and nuts. Oh, Wait! What's This!? Expansion spring!? ( a technology that's one-hundred years plus old ( and very unstable ).
Lol these pedals are Japanese not American.
