Why didn’t you put the cam marks at the T which is to the right. Also you would move the crank to 50 degrees after TDC to the notch. If you did that the cams won’t jump.
I am familiar with that, but I find it easier my way and it is very easy to see the crank timing mark. I don't remember the mark for the crank with the cams on T, been a while since I did it that way.
It was from toyota directly, not aftermarket. The service manual shows the number if it is oem or copied from oem. Otherwise use the crank pulley bolt.
Thanks so much for this video i think you have saved my day lol
Wow are you helping me. This is my first TB and I needed this right before my install in the morning. Thanks thanks thanks !!!!!
Thanks, I need a question answered still though
Just to know that this engine 2uz and also the Camry 5s engine when the timing belt is cut off, the Valves do not hit the pistons

Bruh, is that welders mask necessary to do this job?
@brizzx32 lol, this was during covid, it was a mandatory thing for the school. Haha, good memories though.
Hey man awesome video. What SST socket are you using. I can't find one for Toyota. I am changing TB right now on 4.7.
Please and thank you.
