This was fascinating, almost magical. So surreal to see the harsh conditions these people face contrasted with the sheer breathtaking fun they had playing on the ice amidst glaciers and with the mountains in the background. Amazing insights.
There is a writer in punjab named Manmohan Bawa , he was first traveller in India , he wrote very great travel experiences, the maps used by Indian army were also prepared by him, some of his writings and maps are at Oxford University , he also worked with unesco , but in those times around 1950 video recording wasn't possibl , so your writings provide us that experienc but still being greatly educated his writings and travel experiences are so so so great , it's great to see your videos also MAY GOD BLESS YOU!
This channel was such a good discovery for us. Up until now the only good content we had about Phuktar monastery was from Ronnie and Barty. But this took it to whole new level. And to have done this all alone.... Hats off to you man. The framing and composition on every shot is spot on :-). Absolutely beautiful B-rolls. One of the most beautiful documentary I have ever seen mainly because of the, I am at loss of words, I mean just seeing them having fun with the most difficult work, YOU HAVE COUGHT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS IN THEIR DIFFICULT LIFE, salute to you. Even if you don’t agree to most of the things they live by, you can’t help but to love them, BLESSINGS OF DIFFERENT TYPE. Who knows what happiness is.
While most of us in the urban India sit and watch Netflix and order Swiggy food, on the other side even getting water is a struggle. Such videos always get me into a deep thinking mode and makes me appreciate what I have even more. I am always amazed looking at the lives of these people, so harsh and raw, yet content with what they have. Thank you for giving us the glimpse into their lives.
