This shop has a cement floor. Looks like he has lighting and a fan not bad pretty advance. I’ve seen some of the shops on dirt floors… these guys are truly resourceful
Schools are often only institutiones to get a lot of theories into the brain of growing up youngsters. Just life is the true school of learning to deal with things and problems.
I am always impressed with these men that work in primitive conditions using primitive tools and they still manage to get the job done. This is a hard way to earn a living to support their families. I hope they, at least, get some income from these videos. Good job guys! from Californa, USA
I see a design flaw here. There are way too many springs stacked on the axle. Without any suspension travel, its inevitable that a load bearing component is going to eventually crack.

It’s welding, big difference. Welding Is actual fusing of the components. When you put 60 ton on a truck that’s only supposed to carry 15. Destruction is inevitable!
The drive axle appears to have been repaired before. However, its breakage probably is the result of the axle housing breaking. That allowed the outboard tapered roller to come loose and for the wheels to break off.
@@Marlin-56 My observation was what happened, not why it happened. "Why" might include overweight (as you suggest), road surface conditions, manufacturing defect, etc.
I know what you were implying. Did you also notice the lack of grease? It should have been everywhere with that truck leaning like that! I drove trucks for 50 years hauling similar materials. The trucks we used had tandem axles built much heavier than that. Poor maintenance and overloading is what caused that. I know they showed in the video them draining the housing, they didn't get that much out.

Sicherheitsschuhe bei dem Gewicht einer Hinterachse, eines Differentials oder gar des LKW selber bringen soll. Diese Leute wachsen mit diesen Gefahren auf und achten darauf, dass ihre Füße und Zehen gesund bleiben. Bei einer Brille oder vernünftigem Augenschutz beim Schweißen bin ich aber bei Euch. Nur machen diese Reparaturen wenig Sinn, wenn man sich ansieht, wie überladen diese LKW sind. Schlimmer finde ich den Umgang mit unserer Umwelt, den diese Experten verursachen. Derzeit haben rund ein Drittel der Menschheit keinen direkten Zugang zu sauberem, trinkbaren Wasser. Das stört mich.
This massive roadside repair is possible in a third world country only like Pakistan 🇵🇰. This broken unit would have been towed to a repair shop for repairs in rest of developed countries.

工場で修理したホーシングは綺麗に洗浄して溶接等修理していましたが、現場に持って来たものは泥まみれ。中古品に取り替えましたね。
