The paint acts as anti-spatter, typical welding causes plenty of crap to stick to the part, so the "anti-spatter" means its easier to clean up. before final spray/paint.
Only thing i seen wrong was there was no grease going into them ball joints. Should be a grease zerk on the top and bottom covers on the king pin and packed full of grease. In a few months its gonna jam up and break again and they will call you again. Lol great sales tactics. Still a good looking repair

I love how India mechanics can weld anything back together. The best ive seen is when someone welded a engine crankshaft back together and also got it balanced

Who saw the crack where it failed? That crack had been growing for ages, all sorts or crap on it. Not a single pice of fresh crack to be seen. The cab of the truck didn’t look that old. They must overload these trucks and drive them until the wheels fall off. I live in Australia and I have never seen a wheel fall off a truck ever. This was on a straight, flat section of road. They must loose a lot of truck drivers. It’s the lack of regulation or enforcement that cause these failures.

Thats how it used to be here years ago, having to fix broken parts, we just go and buy a new part but over there thay seem to fix everything with old fashioned tools as well. Love watching there videos and who cares how thay fix them at least thay get the job done and there video's keep us entertained ❤ London England
Amazing i guess they do not believe in greasing steering components. You install the king pin caps but do not install grease fittings and grease other steering items when done.

Cuanto puede durar ese eje sin el enfriamiento correcto , despues de calentarlo habria que haberlo tapado con arena por ejemplo y dejarlo 12 horas . Eso enfriado de apuro quedo como acero y al primer golpe se parte .
Es ist kein Wunder,daß bei solchen Gewichten was die Leute laden,diese Achsen brechen. Die haben an der Vorderachse so große Federn verbaut,wie bei uns in Europa die Hinterachse!😂Die Reperaturen sind teurer als der Lohn. Und von Abschmieren mit Fett,wird gespart.😊 Werkstatt freut sich u hat viel Arbeit.

Es esa inteligencia que los llevó a cambiar los muelles originales por otros más fuertes . Bueno . Son esos muelles más FUERTES Y RÍGIDOS la CAUSA de esa rotura del eje delantero . Tener en cuenta que ese camión es muy nuevo para que tenga esa FALLA .
se rompe porque no tienen limite de carga, asi que la soldadura no va aguantar mucho, otra cosa tienen frenos hidráulicos no deben de frenar nada, mucho peso y poco freno, eso explica porque en las subidas cuando el motor no tiene fuerza por el exceso en el peso,, lo frenos no lo paran se van para atras

All praise be to to Allah or whoever you would trust your life to, but as a CDL truck driver there is no way in hell I would drive that motherf'n truck anywhere besides to the junk yard. That being said, these fellas got mad skills and they work together like American men used to long ago. I enjoyed watching.

These guys are skilled and can do more than "repairing" by only exchanging parts with new ones
A broken control arm should be completely replaced, not welded back together , it will be significantly weaker and will probably break again
Parts are probably to expensive so they work with what they have
