Great job. I wish they worked like that in Spain. In my country they only know how to change parts. I encourage you to continue with all the professionalism of someone who knows how to do things well. Best regards.
Wow, I truly admire the skill and creativity of this mechanic! The way he repurposed the broken axle, welding and fabricating it into a new functional part, is a testament to his talent in overcoming challenges with limited resources. Mechanics like him in Pakistan have an impressive ability to solve problems with what they have. This video is truly captivating and inspiring!
Only thing i seen wrong was there was no grease going into them ball joints. Should be a grease zerk on the top and bottom covers on the king pin and packed full of grease. In a few months its gonna jam up and break again and they will call you again. Lol great sales tactics. Still a good looking repair
Thanks for pointing that out! You’ve got a good eye for the details. Proper lubrication is definitely important to keep everything running smoothly. Hopefully, they’ll address that part to avoid future issues. But I have to say, considering the circumstances, it was still an impressive repair. Sometimes creativity and quick fixes in tough situations get the job done, even if it’s not perfect! Appreciate your insight!
😮 Amazing~ a couple of hammers, wrenches, fire & a grinder (and good ol' elbow grease) & these guys went to town! All that fresh lube, carefully sealed in & that puppy is ready for another 100K tough miles. 👍😎

I have two questions. The first question is: aren't you worried that the truck might slip off the jack? Question 2: how do you know how it all fits together when you're putting it back together? Can you remember all of that? You guys are really great in this industry!

No Sir this isn’t your old broken beam axle lashed together this is a brand new one, they come from the factory painted red to show they are new, are paying by cash or card?
Yea, I wonder if they realize cutting a axle then tryn weld it back together only makes it weaker and will break again, prolly is why this one broke again after already being broke same way multiple times
Could you just see this done in the United States, Over Loading Trucks with this Axle welded at the kingpin, How many people could be killed over this?? I guess if or when they paint where this Axle was welded, Maybe the Paint will help to keep it from Breaking again, Folks, NEVER do this at Home, When you have time to burn and want to see some Crazy Shit, Watch a Video like this, This goes on every day in India
Why do trucks in Pakistan constantly have broken axles? This is because the flexibility of the leaf spring and the angle of the bracket and link for fixation are designed incorrectly. If you design it like that It is bound to break. The positions of the links that secure both sides of the leaf spring are incorrect. Such a structure cannot absorb shock.
good work brother
Dam I’m glad they had a 0.5 deg bubble level and happy they painted the part pria to all that welding heat.
Why do you have to paint it? I was also impressed by the leveler

I agree they need grease but great repair nonetheless. Does anyone know why they heated it up with charcoal after welding?
