Happy Birthday Theo!! Felix was so adorable saying hi to the camera. Megha you look great and four loads of laundry a week is nothing-my daughter has the same size family and does laundry almost every day. Muenster cheese and colby jack are my favorites.

I have been consuming stevia since 2017 in my tea daily ..i drink 2-4 cups per day ..
I have been trying to conceive but haven't been able to . I have children already but i want to conceive one last time ..it's been almost 2 years i m trying but it's not working ..my cycle is perfect and i ovulate regularly, i even did follicular monitoring and it was perfect . Can stevia be the reason ?!
If you think stevia is affecting you, Just Stop using it....

Look into Hoka shoes. If you can find a shoe store near you that sells them and ALSO scans your feet, that's even better. I suffered from planter fasciitis for over a year. Mine was a result of wearing bad shoes for years and being overweight. Could not walk without being in EXTREME pain (unless I had on a cushy shoe)...especially first thing in the morning. Went to a Hoka seller, had my feet scanned and found instant relief. A year later, 70 lbs down (thanks to your channel and Keto!) and on my 2nd pair, I can actually walk bare footed and have zero pain! I also wear their slides and flip flops! Highly Highly recommend!

My brain goes blank when people ask me questions and expect an answer on the spot. So that's an excuse for not "knowing" the answers to easy questions. I know the answer but something stops my brain from spitting out the answer.

I was just talking about this with my daughter at lunch today. If I had one thing that I could have come to grips with when they were kids, it would be the folding of the laundry as soon as I comes out of the dryer like I do now. We did not come up with a solution as to how to do that.... but is sure is something I wish I had overcome earlier! I think keeping the amount of clothes that a person owns way low might have great deal to do with it though, not sure how to overcome that with kids though. Good luck!

For your plantar - check out toesoverkneesguy. I’m a marathon runner and have the flattest feet out there and they cause big problems. Ever since I’ve been doing this guys stretch, workout techniques my feet, ankles, shins and knees (and hips and low back) have been amazing. And my running technique and strides have improved immensely

That's the thing about "strenuous exercise". Injuries are prevalent . . . like your body is telling you to knock it off. I started running and got shin splints. Never do that again.
