I started watching you in 2019 because my son (16)wanted to do keto to loose weight before a knee surgery (🏈) you were super helpful he no longer has a keto diet. So in conclusion I came for keto but stayed for your babies 💕 I love all your posts

Please continue to make “personal videos” on this channel. It’s part of what makes going Keto more real and authentic (at least for me). Makes for a stronger bond with you and your subscribers. Honestly, you could talk about the weather, and I'd still tune in. There's always some good info to gain. A snack bar for the kids, how to manage Keto when sick, etc. I could not care less about Kardashians, but you're channel is really good. Don't worry.
Sometimes I wish you’d do more keto stuff but I’ve been a follower for years now and I love getting a glimpse at your day to day life. Ultimately, you should do what you’re passionate about.

Excuse me guys I know you "promote" the keto diet but Megha you've been sick (on and off) for the longest time, limit yourself to certain types of foods can definitely do you wrong. I truly believe Adding more vegetables, fruits and other foods is gonna do you wonders. This comment comes from a good place, I do like the keto diet but I've learnt not to restrict myself to that, wish you guys nothing but the Best!

It's your channel. Post whatever you want! Face it, kid stuff isn't keto either but your followers love seeing the boys. You've had other stuff all along. Discussion on Tiger King, the murder mystery stuff (which I miss), books Matt is reading, and the cold tub isn't keto either. I have never watched the Kardashians but that doesn't mean you shouldn't post about them as I'm sure I do things you aren't interested in. People need to get over themselves. Honestly, any average person should be able to tell friends "they have great recipes and info on keto, they also have stuff on their kids, what they are reading or watching on tv." Then it's up to the person whether or not they want to watch you. You do you boo.

It was good to see you all. Fee Fee is getting so big. Theo will be a great 1st child when he's older. My brother tried to sit on my head when my parents brought me home from the hospital. He had to go stay with grandma for a few days 😁 through the years we became best friends. There is nothing he wouldn't do for me.
