I was glad to see a new video from you, too...we think different in some ways and alike in others. The differences makes the videos that much more interesting.

Isn't it fun to "walk down memory lane" with your quilt blocks. It was like sitting with a friend laughing and admiring (or not) each block. I really need to do this, too.

Just what I was thinking as I watched. Her level of creativity is amazing.
I have gone back and used orphan blocks but Never thought about separating into distinct piles in this manner.
Thanks to the video I realized I had limited myself as I was separating the blocks.
It's a phenomenal lesson on how to work more intuitively instead of just thinking.
Remember Norah kept saying, ' I keep feeling?"
      Inspirational.

This was a great start, hope you keep going and continue to combine until you get where you want it to be. It’s a good incentive for those of us that have all those orphan blocks to just start combining and going from there. Thanks for the motivation.

This is encouraging me to save blocks and scraps. I have been tossing my left overs. I think that it is interesting how a whole quilt can emerge from left overs.

For some reason your videos have not been popping up on my UA-cam even though I am subscribed and have the “bell” selected! So I now have several to go back and watch! I truly enjoy your videos as they inspire me to try to be more random and creative in my quilting. Even though I am loving the traditional and modern fabrics I usually stick to a pattern, which I enjoy. But I would like to also be able to do more random blocks like you have done in this video. I am really looking forward to seeing what your final quilt is; this is so fun! Thank you so much for sharing………………..

So glad to see how to use the left overs and odd practices pieces I keep saving. Can’t wait to see how you finish putting your pieces together. Separating them into color groups first gives you a whole different approach to creating a unified looking piece. Thanks

WOW Nora, you have sewed quite a bit. I like your style and how you take time to curate how you put your blocks together so it comes out looking balanced and cohesive. Sometimes I get in a rush and don't take enough time just looking at stuff and making sure it is balanced and goes together, especially when I am working with scraps or orphan blocks. You are good at that, I could take a lesson from you! I will be interested to see what this one turns out like, I am sure it will be beautiful.

It was great to see your process or sorting and thinking out loud. I’m newer yo quilting and don’t have this passle(?!) of blocks yet😝.
I was thinking if a separate tree quilt. Thank you, I’m excited to see the different projects come together🤔🧐.
