@@patriciabajcer8930 thank you for sharing your thoughts. I don't know about your granddaughter, but I'm happy I was adopted because who knows what life I would have had or if I would even be alive today. I consider myself lucky, and I am so loved by my parents and siblings.

@@patriciabajcer8930 unless your granddaughter is a sociopath, it's unlikely she "doesn't care" about the people who love her. She's testing boundaries which is exactly what teens are supposed to do - and it means she feels safe enough to do so, so kudos to you and her other caretakers for providing an environment like that! I don't know the circumstances, but adopted children can have horrible abandonment issues - and even worse if there was actual abandonment (which it sounds like there was). That deep attachment wound can often come out as rage. Adolescence is all about exploring one's identity, and it might be coming to a head around her adoption/place of origin. Listen to her and validate that she's voicing a desire to reconnect with her origins and that this is completely normal and healthy for her to want to do. I don't know why this was in my recommended today but I'm glad it was. The other day I met a Vietnam veteran at work(Im a vet tech) he kept apologizing that I had to keep repeating what I was saying and he couldn't hear me or the vet talk to him. He made a passing comment they say its not artillery related Im just getting old. Then he said everything else though is Im messed up bad. It broke my heart and I didn't even know what to say to that. He recently had to put down his old lab and he was in with 2 brand new lab puppies and watching them play in the exam room I could tell brought him some comfort. I cant imagine what he saw and witnessed over there when he was most likely younger than I am now(I'm 22) he was probably just an 18 year old kid but he is still struggling from the war😭💔
This song is one of my all time favorites. I have heard so many performances of it. This one gave me absolute chills like I was hearing it for the first time. Fantastic job, this is amazing!
Gentlemen, I LOVE going to the theater. However, I love (more) not having to worry about keeping an eye on the audience to see who is sneezing or coughing in my direction or who will bump into me when entering or exiting the restroom at intermission. So, sadly, it will be a long, long time before I enter a theater again, even after the restrictions are lifted. Your outstanding video made me appreciate all the more, the importance of music and how it can enrich the human spirit. Thank you for being a bright spot in what is an otherwise gloomy time.

I’ve watched this more than 50 times since Sunday. Aaron Pryce-Lewis has such a pretty voice. If that makes sense? All of these guys have outstanding voices and I’m jealous because I don’t have a natural singing voice even though I love to sing…. Anyway, Aaron’s voice is really pretty for such a deep voice his voice is so fluid and beautiful. He’s got a gorgeous tone.
