As an aspiring guitar player, I am impressed at the skills of these two men and how well they meld together. Awesome! However, as just an average joe music fan, I'm not so sure that I liked it that much. Just a lot of notes that go by very fast. The guitar player in me loved Jon's insights and will probably listen to this video again. Maybe multiple times. But the average music fan in me probably would not bother to listen to this again. Does anybody else understand what I'm writing?
I do and not for the same reasons. I have become deaf in one ear as a result of a brain tumor. The avalanche of notes and sound are very difficult for me to process. Which is why I migrate to acoustic guitar Ala a lot of old masters. I do really enjoy Johns work. His presentation and enthusiasm is surpassed only by his knowledge.
