PLS clarify. I was told if I made a late payment 3 days past due that it would still be reported to the credit bureaus. Is that correct? Deadline was on 27th and payment went through on the 30th
No, that’s not correct! 😊 A payment is typically reported as late to the credit bureaus only if it’s 30 days past the due date. Since your payment was made just 3 days late (due on the 27th, paid on the 30th), it shouldn’t be reported as a late payment. ✅ However, you may face a late fee from your lender. 💸 Always good to double-check with your creditor to be sure! 📞
Update: I spoke to Wells Fargo and they said they removed any fee and that it would no longer show to the credit bureaus. Is that right or did the person not know what they were saying?!

@@CreditRepairCloudDanielRosen oh thank you for the reply.
How long it took you to learn credit repair business? Consumer laws?
Is it best to close ur late payment accounts then try to remove them its a fight if the accounts are still open
I don’t think ppl with mortgages can just closed their accounts to remove a late payment.
You can remove any account from your credit report without closing them. So don’t bother to close them. Just have them removed.
