There is a glitch in L4d2 and in Tf2 that let´s you crouch without their models doing that (happens usually when you hold crouch after being airborn while having a certain momentum). Since it´s bots they are more likely to accidentally do that from a mechanical point of view.
Edit: I meant in regard to him missing his headshots.

1:55 is due to a shitty the hit detection for the CSGO knife is. I remember seeing a video about it with a guy that showed the visuals on the hits of melee (with yellow tracers)
Basically most melee weapon either cover the screen from horizontally or diagonally in a straight line.
But the knife... starts horizontal on the left half of the screen, but just plunge down on the right side, making hitting things on the right side of the screen absurdly difficult.
And the problem gets EVEN WORSE when you look down, where the plunge starts much earlier making seems like you can't hit anything, at all.
