I usually only play CTF (Capture the Flag) on maps like 2fort and Double Cross, these are places where you have a better chance of finding friendly players! You won't be able to turn every game into a friendly, but playing for yourself, happily, and using some taunts can help bring together people interested in this style of play. ^^
