- Check out the all new Dodge RAM truck! This is a 2019 RAM 1500 and we take a test drive as well as a full walk around and review of this all new RAM truck! Todays video goes in depth with the all new Dodge Ram 1500! This truck has a ton of technology features like proximity sensors, back up camera with 360, a larger center screen and all the driving assistance features! The rear storage space is so versatile and very roomy for 3 full size people! The interior is full leather with nice wood inlays and the dash set up is very easy and laid out well. It is also a smooth riding truck with the optional air ride suspension, very adaptable for towing or giving the drive a comfortable drive!

Kelly Farr that MSRP price your quoting is for the bare minimum 2wd version. To get the one that equals this is 75,000. Not to mention towing with the Tesla will be a pain in the ass cause it’s gonna effect the distance it can travel greatly.
Kelly Farr and for the 75000 you can get a ram 2500 fully loaded that can tow 18,000 lbs. when you think about it it’s actually a horrible deal
My 2005 has a 5.7 HEMI and 215,000 miles on it and still runs like a champ. Never a problem or has ever left me stranded.
So many comments about people bitching about the price.
It says "Limited" in the title, the highest-end trim, y'all acting like the Tradesmen and Big Horn don't exist.

Great work truck if you own a landscape business. Just bought 5 of these bad boys for mine and they are great. My employees love them and since we drive pretty far to our work sites, they are extremely comfortable. Also bought one for myself and have enjoyed it. Can’t wait to see what they do to the 2020’s.

Very good and detailed review of the Ram 1500 Limited, very helpful. I did notice 1 mistake, the Limited comes with Harman/Kardon 19 Speaker Premium Sound not a 9 speaker system.
Big H. Honestly had a few Newer GMs in my fleet and Ram/Dodges and can’t really say one is any better in terms of reliability. I think we can say all the new trucks are quite reliable.

Ok I also own a 2010 hemi since we all own the same can I ask you guys something. When you take a turn whether it's right or left and more so on the tighter turns does your RAM tend to rock side to side slightly?
mcneel16 yes I don't know why. Maybe the loose suspension not being set up to take Corners like that. That's the only thing I can think of

johnis300 I went to go look at it about 20 mins ago, I think it looks worse in person. The front end is so flat it has very little ground clearance up front. It doesn’t look like a truck, it looks like a tundra.

Bought the 2019 RAM Limited in white Tricoat with Rambox. My wife wanted a Luxury SUV that could tow a trailer and I wanted a truck. We drove this and it has a combo of everything she wanted in a Luxury SUV for going on long trips and around town. It is a Luxury truck that I paid less than most of the Luxury SUV's we were considering. Towing is twice as much as any SUV. Mine has everything you can get. The prices was $70,175. I paid $53,000 through cars direct and didn't haggle at all with a sales person. Love it.

Damn. A beautiful truck. I’m a proud owner of a 2015 and was looking forward to upgrading later this year. However, it’s sad to see prices now well over 60,000 for a 5.7 I just can’t see it. Looks like I will be holding onto my 15 for awhile.

Chris Williams hope you enjoy looking your testicles the moment you get drive off the lot with this vehicle (it’s no longer a truck) I went to go look at it in person and it’s so curvy and feminine now, the front end is flat, the hood has a weird jump right before the grill, lights are so much smaller, it just looks girly, it doesn’t have that almost Mack Truck half tractor look feel and drive to it anymore.

Eugenexs Paull it doesn’t look like a truck to me, I went to go give it a look in person and it’s so curvy now, the rear fenders look identical to tundra fenders, the lights are so small the housing itself is about normal but the lights are slim and girly looking, the fog lights are SUPER slim too and you can’t put bigger fog lights that look more TRUCK like because they actually have sensors IN the fog light housing unless you want to lose the sensors feature, the Hood has a weird HUMP right before the grill, when you look at it from a side profile shot the front end is Flat like it was chopped off.
The grill itself is a square-ish Oval, I just feel it’s lost it’s “Mack Truck” tractor like look.
I can already tell this is also going to appeal more for women since it has softer features. Nothing nothing wrong with women driving truck but I feel like Dodge went this direction to have a broader spectrum of consumers.
But it lost its signature Tough look in the process.

I really like those new longhorns too. Even though the limited is the highest one to purchase, the Longhorn is something different for second place.
Great interior but I'm not feeling the knob for the transmission shift. I drove this truck as a rental about 3 years ago and twice when I turned it to reverse and nothing happened and it scared me. Had to turn it off and crank it again and both times it happened within 20 minutes. Hopefully the latest models won't do that
This is an all-new truck. I have the rotary knob on my Pacifica and it works well and everytime.

Bob Goat It was the generation from 2010-15 body style wise. I realize this is a newer generation but all I was referring to was the rotary transmission shift which was like this one in 2015 not the same trim level or body style as this truck

So many efforts to increase aerodynamics and efficiency but it gets nearly the same economy as older trucks? I don’t care about fuel economy especially in trucks but I’m just saying it doesn’t seem like all that crap makes a difference when you compare this truck to an older similar truck.

Aerodynanics don't even play that big of a roll. They just don't go fast enough. I think it's 65mph that it starts to affect and not even by that much. I didn't get a dodge ram (as it will always be to me) for fuel efficiency or speed. I got it for power and torque, payload and towing. You gonna make me a fuel efficient aerodynamic trailer too??
Great review wish ram had of came out with this model 3 years ago when I was in the market to buy I needed a crew cab with more rear passenger room and ford was the only one at the time. But I’ll be stopping by my local dealer to take a closer look at one of these

Yeah, that chrome is waaaay overdone. The cab section with the chrome trim around the doors reminds me of the newer Cadillac Escalade’s or Tahoe’s. I’d love to see this truck in a more sportier style.
They offer a sport trim with color matching bumpers. Then there's the Kentucky Derby Edition that also has matching color bumpers. I think the Kentucky Edition looks good.

Chris Williams true that but my tradesman has a lot of upgrades I like. hitch, chrome, all power everything, spray in bed liner , hemi , everything except the clusters and leather seats and stuff like that, I’m not to big of fan of luxury cuz I use my truck lol and the others I’ve owned

Once the get the bugs worked out of the new one, I'll more than likely get one. Keeping my '04 though. Gonna supercharge it and do some other performance mods. Got a very good deal on it and its very clean

Chrysler out did themselves on this one. This is the best vehicle they've ever produced as far as I'm concerned. It is an absolutely great looking truck that should sell very well. And as far as I'm concerned it's better looking than the competitors hopefully it kicks butt. Go Dodge!
Needs to look meaner from the front. Rams are known for that mean bulldog front. This front looks like a honda. Tundra looks better and I been a dodge man since i can remember.

I couldn't agree more! These trucks are known for that mean aggressive look, but this front-end looks very tame; very conservative. Maybe a push bar up front will re-establish what we're talking about.
That's why im sticking with my 2001, other than the transmission, this truck is damn near indestructible.

Every car will have the lights on when ignition is turned on and the engine is off.
ram should offer the 6.4 hemi as a option ford and gm both offer bigger engine options

I’ve looked this truck up online and I saw it for 43k is there a difference I added everything the 8 inch basically fully loaded minus a couple of things but it was 43k why is this one way more expensive?

I kicking myself for buying 2017 3500HD dually cumming aisin too early. I wished I keep up 2014 2500 HD until they incorporate these new features to 3500HD. I went to the card dealer to test out this new Ram 1500.. Wow. Good job Ram and nice video!
