It is known for its rugged beauty, scenic beaches, and diverse landscapes. The Oregon Coast is about 363 miles long, and it starts from the Columbia River in the north and goes all the way to the California border in the south.
Some of the most popular towns along the Oregon coast include:

Cannon Beach: Known for its iconic Haystack Rock, a 235-foot-tall sea stack that is a popular spot for photography and bird-watching.
Lincoln City: Known for its miles of sandy beaches, outlet shopping, and kite-flying festivals.
Newport: Known for its historic bayfront, where you can find the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Pacific Maritime Heritage Center and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse.
Florence: Known for its sand dunes, the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area and the Sea Lion Caves
Depoe Bay: Known for its whale-watching and its fishing opportunities
Pacific City: Known for its beach, fishing, and the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area.
Yachats: Known for its dramatic coastal scenery, tide pools, and hiking trails.
Brookings: Known as the banana belt of the Oregon Coast.
All of these towns have unique features and offer a variety of activities for visitors, such as hiking, fishing, shopping, dining, and more.

Good stuff! We find life in the Gold Beach area, to be absolute bliss! Traveling to points away however, is sometimes inconvenient... you mentioned the Medford International Airport, which is the primary airport for most south coast Oregonians. However, it is actually 3+ hours away. There's no "easy" way to get to the southern coast of Oregon... and THAT, coupled with the positively extraordinary beauty- is what we love about it! Thanks for your videos!

Great video! My wife and I are buying our first home in Tillamook this summer and I’m starting a school district job in Garibaldi in a few weeks! I love the simpler lifestyle the Oregon coast brings!

If you’re a retiree, Oregon is not the best state. The state income tax can be as high as 9%. Your retirement account and social security get taxed. This is what happens when woke liberals control the state. The Oregon coast is beautiful tho.

Watching the video from our second home in Lincoln City. I like being down here for the slower, simpler environment. I’ll reiterate your pro of friendliness- we know our neighbors better here than we do up in PDX, where we spend 70% of our time. Nice video.

Dude no! We do and have in fact gotten smoke from the fires ! And Seaside has plenty of homeless and prices of homes are very/ high , you’re painting a false picture , very false . And yes we get lots of rain !

Smelling a bit of smoke is different than having to evacuate because you cant see or breathe which is the concern. Last week was a perfect example. Did anyone evacuate? No. You could see smoke from a distance in the sky but it doesn't sit on the ground and linger because of the wind. At least I didn't see any on the ground. Did you? www.oregonlive.com/crime/2022/11/wildfire-rips-through-timberland-near-seaside-city-officials-say.html

Californians are fine as long as they don’t turn Oregon into CA 2.0
