There was the time Terry McGinnis got into the Joker's mind in the Return of the Joker. Even though it's not Bruce Wayne, it's still Batman at the end of the day.
Terry's got a lot of Bruce in him, actually. Stubborn af, but unquestionably intelligent. Bruce told him "Joker loves to talk," and that's all Terry needed to know the Clown Prince of Crime has an ego to rival Lex Luthor's, and that is his most exploitable weakness. Which Terry proceeded to do. Amanda Waller would be proud.
I guess the only one I can think of is in the "Justice League" animated series episode "Injustice for all" part two. After Batman is captured by Lex Luthor's team which includes the Joker and is imprisoned in titanium cufflinks he steadily manipulates and causes conflict in the team with his words alone, and by the end of the episode when Joker tries to kill him he has already freed himself from the cufflinks saying he could have done that at any time and takes down Joker with hardly any effort.
I think Lex Luthor has had a few intellectual humblings by Batman. In DCeased, Luthor announces that he’s the smartest person on the planet. But then, he stops, and he confirms that Batman is still dead, before repeating the claim. 1) He knows Batman is smarter than him. 2) He admits it in front of everyone, including Superman. 3) He needed to confirm that Batman was **still** dead. As in, he hadn’t found a way to come back to life yet. I wish I could see the moment Luthor realizes just how much smarter Batman is than him.

At least in Beware the Batman Deathstroke put up a fight. Let's always remember how Batman beats Deathstroke hand-to-hand with one punch in Arkham Knight.
Not exactly, Batman had to destroy an entire army before even battling him and then defeated like 12 different Cobra Tanks on top of Deathstroke's invincible, all seeing tank before going hand to hand. Even then it wasn't a single punch, it was the batmobile ejecting him at super speeds that defeated Deathstroke. Batman and Deathstroke did fight in Origins though, and he's described as the toughest opponent that Batman ever fought, which is saying a lot.
Batman defeating the Electrocutioner with a single kick, showing off that just because you have a gimmick doesn't mean you're tough enough to take on the Bat.

The Hell-Bat Armor is Batsy's best suit. An underrated suit is Batman's Arctic Suit that he wore in last year's Norse/Viking themed "Endless Winter" event. Fur Lined Hooded Long-Coat to replace the cape and main color was gray instead of black
My favorite one was that one crook who got beat up by Batman, and when that same crooks sees Batman in a room, he just closes the door without telling anyone.
I personally love "Injustice for All" in the Justice League show where, bound tight, he none-the-less manages to put the entire Injustice League at each other's throats, call for help with a mouthful of water, escape, and slap the crap out of the Joker.
Episode 34 of Justice League - Maid of Honor where The Kasnia thug says "You can't understand a word I'm saying and I wouldn't tell you anything if you could". Where Batman replies "I can... and you will". Great batman moment where he that thug is probably wetting himself. Even so he wasn't a major villain, he was definitely humiliated. What was better was the one-liner he gives when Prometheus says Batman cheated in which bruce says "Not cheating, Winning."

Pretty much everything he did in the Justice League Cartoon from the early 2000s was iconic. He'd always show up both the villains and the other league members. One example is when Russian robbers tried to steal something and 2 got away. When Batman asks what they were after, the crook says in Russian he "wouldn't tell Batman even if he could understand him" to which Batman pauses shortly and replies: "I do, and you will". Probably the best version of Batman we will ever see since it wasn't ever over the top with all the melo-drama the new animated movies have in the script and it stayed very true to what the original animated shows version of the character. A true hero handled with alot of care. 10/10 show and will never happen again due to a lack of either talent or effort to make a smart, fun and involved series for superheroes. Young Justice was good but the script is very cheeze and over dramatic at times compared to the quiet and respectful way the Justice League and Unlimited series did series parts. The era of good DC shows ended with it.
