I have to disagree with how you said they created too many versions of evil Batman. Batman is a character that is on the verge of insanity. If they introduced the Multiverse, it's easy to believe that he became a villian in quite a few of them

The most evil Batman by far, is his other universe version Owlman, he was going to destroy existence, and everyone in it, and in every interation of it. Simply because other universes existed it made his existence inconsequential. We are bit flesh and bone and we fade from existence over time, if anything the true meaning of our existence is to be inconsequential.

He just killed if he didn’t get the information from his interrogations or ended up killing anyone after getting the information-or just straight up shot someone in a fight with pistols or his barehands. I’d say he was more of the “Neutral” Batman.
i always liked the JL movie with owlman trying to destroy all universes at the end but batman stops him...but i never realized it was his older brother under the mask. it would have made it even better if they had explored that connection a little bit.
The Batman Who Laughs is awesome but I can't look at him without seeing Judge Death. Honourable mention. Can't remember the name of the story (it's an Elseworld) but the one where the Waynes find Kal-El. After their death he becomes a *very* nasty Batman.
The Vampire Batman comic book universe could be great as an ongoing else world story. It seems like one of DC's more compelling Elsewhere stories as far as Batman goes and maybe even in DC in general.

Thus all of Red Death's actions fall on Bruce's shoulders. In the end Bruce attempted to redeem himself. Barry was just along for the ride.

Batman who laughs is literally just Joker cosplaying as Batman, but with his own spin on it by design and personality. I really like his design, but personality wise? I see no differences between the two.
The Joker would be to differ actually, him of all people absolutely despised BWL, to the point that when he talked about him his usual maniacal and colorful personality were replaced by a dead serious one. Even BWL points it out, how he is not Joker in a Batsuit, but Bruce Wayne.

I think Batman is insane. This is the reason he will not kill the Joker, and the joker will not kill him. They give each other purpose.

Wasn’t that Barry’s persona? Since Red Death itself was mostly just Bruce, with Barry being a prisoner inside the body, so not exactly redemption.
