I cant take wearing them even 2 hours after buying because of hissing white noice which is ever present, and they arent easy to use with phone bcs you dont hear youre getting a phone call in you ear bud but you hear distant noice coming from your phone ringing…. I didnt think i would be so disappointes by a sony product since i really like your tv which ive been using without a single problem for a long time but man those are some bad earphones…. So so so bad
Had these four days now and they are fantastic.
They are shitty and i can hear hissing sound in the background i want to aggresively break them but then i couldnt try and return the worst headphone ive ever had

pity Sony left ANC out of these buds, given their excellent offerings in the wf1000 series, these would've been a no-brainer choice over the Galaxy Buds 2.
These are really nice but if they had touch controls they would be perfect for the price.
For me the buttons weren't good as they go a bit too deep in my ear.
The fit was perfect with good sound and phone call quality was also pretty good

It's better without touch touch can be a pain the ass buttons much reliable one earphones

These look great, lovely colors.
They sound awful you can hear hissing sound all the time as the background noice and when your phone rings it just stops your music but you dont hear you are getting a call you hear distant noice from the phone which rings, worst headphones i have ever had

Dude, I used these for one year at the gym and they sound fantastic compared to their price. Sony is my first choice when it come to audio. Well done.
The box says made for iphone/ipod...it does work on Android.. But you will always think it's not made for your phone... I got psyched and returned it..
The worst sony product I have ever bought . Sounds ok but such a poor design. Half the time it's slipping out of my hand and is so uncomfortable to wear

Fix the hissing noise on these
Great sound but sadly sony design is very poor . These feel bulky in spite of being lightweight. It hurts when you listen on the bed . My ear aches because it's so big . I wish sony made them with a stalk so that some bulk shifts to the stem
Sony WF-C500-I've been having an issue where whenever I play audio i hear an audible hissing noise coming from the pair of earbuds. It doesn't matter what volume I'm at; the hissing is consistent. When I stop playing any type of audio, whether it's from a youtube video or spotify, the hiss is present. When I stop playing audio the hissing continues for a few seconds before it stops.Anyone else experiencing this exact issue?Can it be repaired?

Ive just bought it, i experience it, i absolutely HATE THEM and where im from they arent even cheap im literally crying right now after being a long term BEATS FLEX user…. Man those were good headphones those are pure shit which will drive me insane with the noises

Earphones is just short for In-ear Headphones
I recently bought mine and only the left hand side plays audio. I can however use controls from the the righthand side.

What's the difference with WF-1000XM4? They are considerably cheaper but I don't get why
Sound quality is not audiophile. And codecs are only sbc, aac, no anc, no call noise cancelling and driver is cheaper

@@hika_ariel compare aux xm4 ceux la sont bien moins bons pas la même cible, les xm4 sont audiophiles et cherchent un public précis alors que ceux la sont plus des concurrents des sennheiser Cx ou des nothing ear 1... mais honnêtement le son est presque aussi bon que sur les airpods pro et non normaux. C'est un bon produit quand même et pour le prix c'est vraiment cool

I want to know if all colors work on android phones and if not, which all colors do support android. (by colors i mean the colors of earbuds)

Hi Vick, we can confirm that in order to pair the headphones with a device by Bluetooth, both of the earbuds have to be there to be able to establish the connection. The only way to use one earbud, is having the headphones already paired to the other device like explained here: bit.ly/3BCVjFJ , otherwise, it's not going to pair using only one earbud. We recommend getting back to the point of sale to be able to assist in this matter.^Omnia

Does anyone know a way, a hack, anything, to disable the physical buttons on those buds, please? The app doesn't have an option to do that. I can't believe that Sony did not create a way to disable those when you don't use it. They are so light to press, and every time I adjust them in my ear, I always press it accidentally. PLEASE, SONY, address this issue...PLEASE!
