Got this a week back. I have the following issues:
1. The right side buds is not comfortable. Overall, not very comfortable for long listen
2. The buttons are not that tactile and most of the time doesn't works as expected
3. Voice calls are below average (but most reviews claim is is good !!!)
4. Produce a white noise when not playing music
I tried different ear buds, but still not able to get the best fit in my ear.
Other than the above, everything is good. Sound stage is not that great but sound quality is amazing. Sony app also work fantastically
You can try to buy additional eartips from headphone zone. They usually have lot of options
Maybe its not just for you.

How was the quality, me to bought the same but feels that its not up to the mark
great great pair of earphones.
CONS:- maybe a little finicky to put on in the beginning, but keep adjust it in your ears and you know perfectly where they sit
- EQ for rock music not really good. I've fiddled with the app, but classic rock and metal just doesn't . . . hit. It's not bad, it's not too good either
PROS:- everything else. Great water resistance for both sweat and rain
- buttons for commands are robust and easy to get used to
- instant pairing when you open the case
- good setup to adjust to your ear shape
- comes in fun colours
- lasts absolute ages

Does the Sony app have a preamp command? I really want to listen the music loud and found that compared to my iPhone SE MKI, my Xperia 1 MKI is less loud, and I don’t like that. I ask as apps like Poweramp for Android have a preamp command achicharra helps a bit… Good video, btw!
nice review buddy 👍.....ur abso right!!, was stunned with the sound nd the app....was at croma yest nd tried these along with the xb700 nd x4.....they sound better than the xb700 nd dare I say but they were really close even to the xm4 which were like thrice the price!....couldnt get my hands on a nothing 1 as yet. if sound quality, bass nd battery life were the only concern, how wud these be compard to the nothing's?? don't care abt anc much.
Sony wf-c500 best buds I personally use custom settings for next level sound and bass quality here is my setting _8+2+2+3+5 and clear bass +3

I purchased a Sony blutooth receiver, two Sony bookshelf speakers and a pair of Sony wf-c-500 earbuds . How can I get room sound through the speakers along with sound from the earbuds at the same time. The earbuds cancel out the ( Hard wired ) bookshelf speakers once the blutooth is activated.
Does it beats galaxy buds pro in sound quality??

My Sony wfc500 is charged for 2hrs 15 mins, its 100% charged and still shows orange light while charging, is there any issues with the earbuds do I require to replace it
A huge number of people are complaining about hissing noise in the buds during music play. Check amazon or other youtube comments. Please test and let us know
