I tried out your chicken caldo recipe and it worked out perfectly! The only thing I changed was I used skinless boneless chicken thighs and it still came out fantastic!. This is my second time using the pressure cooker so I was a little nervous, but once I saw your video I had a little more confidence going into it. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Thank you so much for posting your review! I bet thighs were definately nice and juicy. I'm so happy you used your pressure cooker with sucess. I also have an IP pozole recipe that is simplified and made with chicken so we can eat it more often. Happy pressure cooking adventures!
I'm sorry to hear that just so you know you honestly make me so happy with your recipes literally puts a smile on my face please keep going I need more instant pot recipes especially the mexican instant pot ones 🙏 thanks again you're so awesome
This gave me enough courage to try and make caldo de pollo in my instant pot. I overcooked the veggies a little but it came out really good for my first time using the instant pot. Thank you. Sincerely your new subscriber❤️
Thanks makes me soooo happy! I'm glad you're trying your new ip! Check out my instant pot Playlist. The Tuscan chicken pasta is so good and soooo easy. I also have a simple frijoles de la Olla on there too!
Thank you for the recipe. All these veggies are sold separate you don’t have this pre packed. Definitely core your chayotes you don’t have to peal it but you can, baby carrots are good with this also! I don’t like eating celery either, so I leave mine whole. I like how you cut the corn! Thanks again!!
Hi 🙋🏻♀️ Central American here! We don’t use chido that’s a Mexican saying but I just wanted to say that I loved the recipe! Greetings from Guatemala 🇬🇹 I’m in Texas tho 🤟🏼 🇺🇸
You can get the stuff separate for pretty cheap. Just make the full traditional recipe since it makes so much. I have a video for that on my channel too! Check it out!
Kettle vegetable soup 🤔 I don’t shop Pete’s but there’s one near the sitters so thanks for sharing this tip ❤️ it! Btw - my cuñada peels the skin off her chayotes, do you do the same?

I really like your corn idea, I normally do not add corn, they are too big and I do not like it shucked in anything! I'm going to cut them like this!
Right? Super cute too lol.
Looks good! Thanks for giving me an idea what to make this week 😀
I hope you like it!
It looks great. And I do hope your little one feels better 💜
Thank you! The other babe caught it now but hers seems worse. Poor girl.
@@GinasFamilyKitchen awww man, that sucks. I know the feeling 😢 well, I'm rooting for them to be better soon 💜💜
I live in the south, man I wish my publix had a pre-packaged vegetable set up like that. Good video. 👍

I do peel them. And take the seed out of the middle! They also have the paquettes en lugares como Tony's y otras!
Yummy!!
