This judge is what gives judges a bad reputation. She drones on about how evil this person is with 4 felony priors', failure to comply with parole in the past and so on. The judge then admits this person will reoffend on release, then turns right around and gives LIFE With the Possibility of Parol. The judge should be required to pay restitution for everyone's time she wasted.
The defendant requires everything so that she doesn't try to appeal. I have heard just as long lengthy reasons by other judges. Isn't the parole after 40 years?
@Mike-og3xb I think you may be right about that period I looked at the judge's face as he was reading his statement and there was a ripple of something there, especially when he talked about forgiveness and redemption...
Lynn Hernan had real people who really care and love her in life and in death. Her murder was painful and tortureous and I agree with all of Lynns real "Friends" and caregivers people who truly loved and cared about her! Jessy and her mother wish that they had an ounce of love and decency , honesty thier victim had!?They both lack all of that!
JUDGE GRANDSTANDING This judge is what gives judges a bad reputation. She drones on about how evil this person is with 4 felony priors', failure to comply with parole in the past and so on. I know her the victims friend is very angry right now and deservedly so but I disagree when he called the defendant ugly. In my opinion, the defendant's nowhere near ugly on the outside, I think she's pretty. It's what's going on inside of her that's ugly and greedy. Just my opinion, Don't come for me y'all.🤭
#CourtTV - Was #justice served? #EyeDropsMurderTrial
Thank you, James. Great statement on Jesse K. Wow.
Is this the same Judge with Darrell Brooks?
Yes
Powerful impact statements. May all find peace somehow. R.I.P
Disgusting and greedy she deserves life in prison
oh yea because we totally need to foot the bill for yet another criminal.
She won't get parole at the end of those 40 years.
*Where are Lynn's ashes?
The defendants mother claims to have them
Mix with feline ashes probably...sad but prayerfully not true
I love this judge
Mr Keliher nailed it.
Dorrow! Dorrow! Dorrow!
Anthony Pozza's statement was very powerful and moving.
Judge Dorow is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
It seems odd that Lynn was not aware of the level of theft going on right under her nose
I can't get over how hot that judge is
What a pathetic revolting POS you are...
Mister Brooks would have axed better questions and Kurczewski would be free
What a nice speech this young man spoke. May Lynn rest in peace and may her murderer rest in hell.
Wow gross
❤

You don’t like her !

To be fair, I believe that Jesse must serve 47 years in prison before she'd be eligible for parole
I agree, but have to believe she was going with lwop until she heard Anthony Posa's statement.

You can be with her in prison then
