I'm really on the fence with Jessy's mom. On one hand, she told detectives Jessy shouldn't be getting any money from Lynn's especially those huge checks. Jessy has defrauded her own mother and grandma in the past. She has tried to commit suicide, numerous times. She definitely didn't hit no jackpot if Jessy's her only child.
On the other hand, it's hard to gauge her involvement because of Jessy's past misdeeds because you're not sure if it was Jennifer trying to access those funds or Jessy masquerading as Jennifer flower trying to access Lynn's assets. Jessy has muddied the waters to such a degree. You can't tell who's telling the truth anymore. In Jennifer Flower's defense, anything Jessy ever did before killing Lynn Hernan, Jessy always worked alone when she defrauded her victims.
I sat thru 2 hours listening to Jessy talking…I cannot watch another minute of her. She is the epitome of evil for victim blaming Lynn who is not here to defend herself. She makes me nauseous!
They sure put Lynn's name through the ringer . And now using the 70 year old . The old lady was in jail for 4 months I'll have to see what she did

@@RullXov I know in financial crimes, there are tools like clawbacks, that courts can use to recover lost funds. Even casinos wouldn't be immune to the clawbacks. Hopefully, this state can do the same for the injured parties.
If criminals are not allowed to profit from their crimes, that means she's ineligible to inherit 50% of Lynn's original estate. Anthony Pozzo must be entitled to well over $300,000.

When asked to speak about her daughters character, the mother interestingly does not give any positive.
She could have told the court how talented a conman and a thief her daughter is. She robbed her mother too.

I'm disappointed that judge Dorow gave her an opportunity for release.. Lynn died a painful cruel death and after her death they smeared her name even further. I can't believe she wouldn't consider the cruelty and lack of remorse when sentencing.
The judge did all of that showboating just to say she believes Jessy has redeeming qualities. As much as I love looking at trials it does cause some judges to act differently than in a camera free courtroom. The judge allowed this POS free reign for 2 hours to spew her lies. Jessy has no redeeming qualities just like the prosecution said, every opportunity she had in life to take advantage of people, she took it. The judge talked for over an hour as this was the end of her camera time for this case she decided to milk as much time hamming it up. No judge in regular court talks this long at sentencing and no judge tells the victim that she hopes she did a good job, her showboating has no bounds. I hate when state court judges act like tv judges. TV judges are for entertainment they are not to act like tv judges. I hope these sort of judges stop doing this before one of them goes too far and they revert back to no camera's in the courtrooms.

Was that Letter allegedly written by Lyn ever verified by the Court?
There is camera footage of her writing the letter and putting it in the envelope and then handing it to someone.

If those letters and the "new will" were authentic documents then Jessy's lawyers would have entered them into evidence during the pre trial discovery process.
Judge Dorow saw right through their lies and deception, and gave Jessy the maximum, including "consecutive" terms.

What we learned is, Jessy is needed in jail and likely prison. She should remain there for the sake of her fellow inmates and for what she did to Lynn and Lynn’s family & friends.

I wouldn’t say that…u never know what people go thru….I hit a man that was in my home abusing me & I got in trouble..sentenced to 42 days in jail…luckily they gave me house arrest so I’m at home & I can wrk, but it was literally self defense & in WI they don’t care…this guy is 6’2 250lbs & I asked him to leave numerous times b4 he started throwing me around & I grabbed the nearest thing & clocked him…7 stiches he got…now I’m trouble..my daughter was here & we were scared…none of that mattered..I don’t go around hitting people & im not a bad person…so I try not to judge other people wen I don’t know the situation…Jessy on the other hand is a bad lady…after watching this trial I’m comfortable stating that

Calling the commissary "I Care" is a mindfck! For all the people who don't have family financially capable of sending money, don't have family or friends, having to eat the prison slop and seeing other people with better food, it sends the message that no one cares for them. It makes a horrible experience that much colder.
The mother is just pissed because she now has to pay her own rent, buy her own things, no more fake/fraudulent credit cards to go shopping and buy stuff at Kohl’s. Then.. what does this mom do? During cases that have really long trials she usually does go into detail and takes her time to explain her sentences to show both sides she gave great consideration and explains her decision in great detail. She did the same for the Darrell Brooks trial.

I believe the authorities should strongly look into Lynn's mother's suspicious death. Why would Jessy even bring that up?! Moreover, claim that Lynn poisoned her with eye drops! I feel Jessy is covering up another poisoning she committed. Jessy knew Lynn would inherit her mother's estate and Lynn's father had already passed away. There were two people standing in the way of Jessy receiving that loot; Lynn and her mother. I strongly think Jessy got cold feet and thought the authorities were going to look into Lynn's mothers death. Therefore she blamed it on someone who couldn't defend herself.

Omg 2 hours Jesse went on. I fell asleep and woke to her still talking 😂 ......very sad case. I'm not sure what to think. I question 8 Attorney's and law enforcement.
However Jesse has 30 yrs to fight on her wrongful conviction. 70 yrs old if she lives that long eating prison food. I wouldn't want to eat it. The older woman 70 yrs old in jail what in the world could she do to go to jail. I know she's thankful to have made a friend even if it was Jesse. Jesse was nice to her.
In that situation i would want a friend as well. She will never pay restitution in this life. There's ways around that in prison. She won't do without.

I am totally appalled by these 3 Let me break it down as to how I see/feel and about these 3…
1) Kathleen MCcarthy..
she too was incarcerated for theft.. $21K she stole from her employer.. she gets up in court and SHE too bashes the county (jail) about food, and treated not nicely..lady, the food and the way you were treated is not going to be good!
You’re in the county jail not the Hilton, Hyatt or Holiday Inn. Jessy and her mother are grooming you, meaning.. pretending to treat you like you’re a diamond in the rough. Why? What for? Your money! I bet Jessy is writing and forging a fake will from her cell as I type this! You are being played.. wake up!
2) Jennifer Flower AkA the mother, the enabler standing up there and reading these fake/made up letters that she knows are 1) lies 2) written by Jessy 3) talks about herself and her woe hoes after her daughter is incarcerated and can longer steal to pay the moms rent, use illegal credit cards to shop with, has to sleep in (Lynn’s) jeep that was stolen from Anthony due to the fake title jeep written by Jessy.
She bashes everyone in courtroom, county, claims how life is so unfair and she’s now going without. No job, no where to live, talks about herself and her CATS as she refers to them as her daughters, and can say NOTHING absolutely nothing about her only child that is going to prison for a very very long time, as (Jessy) deserves. Swears, cusses and continues to read these absolute nonsense letters. She is just absolute trailer trash.
3) Jessy … Judge Dorow was spot on 💯 % no doubt about that! .. just a few points I want to add, Jessy talked about everything she is not going to have, see or do, well Jessy to that I say good, and to bad you choose to steal, lie, kill and cover up. I honestly do not believe she did not have this behavior growing up, it just escalated the older she got.
